I have responded already to a comment here, but I will put it so it's a bit more visible. Each teleport lower the cooldown by a certain amount of time, it's just a matter of finding which teleport is the best. They won't straight up reset it, but they will lower it by X amount of time. It requires more testing imo. As for Agna desert and farming 28th, The Mining Post teleport works the best for me. It's just enough to almost reset, and by the time I am done running from the teleport to the post, it's good to go

This is a bad way to farm these. Just farmed with a buddy on private and I got 2 and He got 3 in over an hour.

From my testing, it depends where you teleport. For Agna desert, where I assume you are farming 28, teleport to The Mining Site outpost, just above, imo that is the best one, depending on your loading screens it will usually drop it from 10-30 seconds, which is just enough to run from the teleport to it Let me know if that worked for you
