The First Descendant: Weapon Transmission Explained

Do this before deconstructing a lot of your weapons so you have more to choose from than I did.
You need a Phase Exchanger from Research to do it. These are made up of Superalloy which is gotten by deconstructing weapons.
If you're early on and you're Researching the Thunder Cage Submachine gun, use this to level it up quickly from the level 1 it starts at.
