I'll say, there is plenty of stuff in this game that is actually priced pretty fairly, but then there are other things that are priced so ridiculously that I find it hard to belive that the few willing to buy said items would even come close to how many would it the items were half the price... those in question, largely being the ultimate characters, which are priced at $100

To be fair. In Warframe even 100% plat locked items, you're capable of getting without paying real money, ever. Because of trading. Doesn't mean Warframe micros aren't predatory. People just set their own prices. Notice how even a new frame (take protea prime for example) will cost like 200 for a day 1 trade for the full frame. But regular protea is like 275 or 375? (Just an example IDK reg protea's cost) The whole reason WF micros aren't shit on is because we can trade. And why the market is so...decent? It's much easier to pay like 150 for a harrow prime than 200 for a regular harrow. And things like guns. I got a 60% tox kuva karak at 75p. Regular Karak, I'm pretty sure, is less. And Karak Wraith is 50. And back to the plat grinding thing. Galv mods. Arcanes. Etc. Spend ~60 mins on Lua for thrax plasm. Turn it into arcanes. Sell it to people who don't have access to Zariman yet. You both win, and then boom: you don't have to pay 375 for a Chroma, and instead get Chroma Prime, for 100-150.

This might drown in the comments but Kill Devourer solo, its EHP scale and regen speed is broken on squad party. Also Ajax Q can ping pong Devourer canon attack if timed right

the biggest difference between TFD micros and WF micros are the trading system. it doesn't change the fact that regular Chroma is 375 (~$20) and Chroma Prime is like 100 (~$5-10). why is ultimate bunny $60 for a skin, a helmet, and the character? in warframe, for $10 more, you get about $60 of plat, a prime frame, $20 worth of accessories, $20 worth of equipment. (the prime guns that drop with the frame).

Thanks for the guide, Pupsker! Im loving this game so far. Im also a person with over 1k hours in warframe, and 300+ in D2. I can see some similarites with warframe, and some world stuff that has some with Destiny, but I gotta ask 1 question of both fandoms: For Warframe players: where is the end game? Is it Steel Path? Is it the next story mission? To me it feels like FashionFrame is the true endgame, which isn't a great thing. For Destiny players: How many full cost DLC's do you need to have the full story? To have access to all the sub classes?

For the encrypted vaults, u need high precision code analyzers( which are blue colored balls). Its a pain for me to farm them but just dabble around vesper mission to get them early on for the subquest

i had a weapon that has a default roll of crit chance crit dmg att damage percentage and fire atk but the stats are so low like 2 percen for crit chance. When i upgrade the weapon level the stats doesnt increase with it. Does that mean i need to reroll the whole stat when i get lv 100 weapon level? The stats are just so good I feel like a waste if I am forced to reroll it.

Second: I love how seamlessly you enter missions with others, I feel like the multiplayer aspect is really good. Being free to play, I can play when I want without feeling like I "need" to. Which, as a casual gamer, is right up my alley. As long as I steer clear of the KZbin FOMO, I can enjoy this game at my own pace and just have fun with it.

⁠​⁠@@LoboTheFoolultimates are definitely better. I wouldn’t dismantle a purple with good stats right away.. but ultimates can be combined to become a better weapon and you can reroll stats on them. Even purples can have their stats rerolled so just keep going for higher level gear till you start to hit a hard point.

The worst farming part I've seen is the encrypted vaults, need to farm code analyzers to play a minigame that is near impossible and consumes the code analyzer if failed, just to get a resource for a research item.

I like this so much more than Warframe and destiny. Destiny has too many paywalls for someone that doesn't have enough playtime to stay up to date. And Warframe is sooooo confusing and following the storyline is even more confusing. I've only played this game a couple days but it's so much better for storytelling and knowing what to do and when to do it.

No, you can grind for it in the game as well but it’s an endgame grind I believe

3% drop rate on relics and you need multiple parts so the grind is tough, but every content so far in game seems to be obtainable without paying

I find the game kind of meh.. I have a feeling after the hype is done that the popularity will drop a lot. It feels more like a mobile game, the performance/graphics on PC/PS5 are very subpar; something they defiantly could fix. I do like the extended stats they give after the missions, I also like how you can easily find where to farm something IN THE GAME vs having to use a wiki, . All in all, for a free game, it's "alright" IMO, I don't foresee it staying popular for very long.

So like it is like warframe. But warframe is a bit more generous about a lot of things. This game seems a little more geared toward getting your money eventually. Warframe feels more like you just end up wanting the stuff they have for sale after a while. This game seems designed that you eventually kinda have to spend money. What a croc of xhit, you farm and farm and farm to get a code analyser then they put a "mini-game" that is hard as all hell meaning all your farming has just been wasted CANT NEXOS GIVE PLAYERS ANYTHING FOR FREE(other than the game and we know why that is). You farm for days to get all the mats to make a new toon and then......Wait 14 hours and call it research so yeah farm for days then wait 14 hour or PAY to use it now. Want a better class? Sure farm for a few weeks or pay now. Want a new ultra weapon? Farm for weeks or pay for it now. Found a secret chest that needs a rare item to open? Now complete this hard mini game or lose it.(they should at least let you keep the item so you can keep trying until you open it but no lose it)

@@Sonicd00m Yeah I played warframe but its like comparing an apple to an orange. You do not need a new warframe to play the game but ofc you want a new warframe and you can trade in game or farm and get it in time but the game never put a need to get another class. This game makes it so it is better to have another class and then they put stupid farming methods to get them OR PAY. They have made boss's strong against XY or Z so its better to play a class that they are weak against and put in such a grind to get another class that people WILL buy another class or farm for days/weeks then when they have the mats wait another 14hours to use it. Playing the game is fun playing the same part of the game for days is not.
