One of them world bosses. Basically the same boss from tutorial with a beefy health bar. None of us could get the zipline thing to work and rip off its plate, but we still beat it lol. Needed to get Bunny's materials to research her. I'll post more world bosses when i get a chance. Enjoy!

Ya you have to time it. The weak point has to be yellow and then as soon as it is yellow you can grapple to that weak point. You can even grapple to its face weak point. The issue is as soon as you stop shooting the weak point the yellow glow fades very fast and you have to almost be pixel perfect with the weak point or you will try to grapple to another part of its body and it wont work. So either you have to have the team continue to shoot it while one of you grapples to it or time it perfect as you stop shooting. When getting my material for Bunny last night I got the shoulder and face myself and even had to shoot off more than half of the knee weak points when those showed up myself before the others figured out you had to shoot them. xD Could not get a good shot on the "hat" long enough to get that one yellow and break it off and we killed it before we needed to worry about the other shoulder.

How do I hold on the boss when I use grappling hook

Shoot a weak point until it turns yellow then grapple to it. When you manage to get on smash left mouse to punch the part off. When it tries to shake you off right mouse hold. My first time running into this guy last night I was the only one that apparently paid attention when the tutorial told you how to deal with weak points though as even when the knee nodes came out i had to shoot them all off myself.

This isn’t a boss this is a colossal. Boss fight is the “restricted respawn areas” before you go into their fights. This was also in the beta so it’s nothing new. Lmao congrats on being new to the game

It has a boss health bar so I figured lol. The story bosses are only different because of their multiple shields they get. I just think these void battles are grander in scale

In reality, I think they need more HP, they die too quickly, in addition to the weak points that the guy didn't attack, which you can hang with the Hook and attack to do more damage.
