16:46 It ain't only crowd density. I had an issue where the more fps I gained, the more desync I got. Had to cap it at 60fps to even play the preview. A few others also had this issue to some degree, did you notice this? (even on singular enemies) Also for your modules. You can filter their type by pressing the key next to the search bar as it stands for "keywords". It will go to the modules category and search it for you

Dude, destiny 1 in the past have everyone saying "doesn't have an identity" since it have lots of stuff mashed together. At least with outriders or anthem they have a grasp of what they are unlike destiny 1. Why even bother to reply in the first place. Lying to myself? Happy to hear the monetization is purely cosmetic and convenience, which indeed fits how Warframe does it. I really truly hope it stays that way, but this is Nexon we're talking about. The game itself looks fun. I also played in the beta last year but only for one day, so I wasn't able to sink my teeth into it very well. I did enjoy what I played though and felt the game had alot of promise. I'll definitely hop in on the 19th. That said, I'm curious about the twitch drops if our accounts are gonna be wiped before the big release anyway lol.

I've played about 7 hours of pure story as of writing this comment and I have to say the story is very bad(in terms of mission objectives at least), it's only patrol missions which most of them are just a different variant of defense and occasional boss that is alive for more that 15 seconds only because of invulnerability phases. That's all I've been doing when progressing the story. To say it's repetetive is an understatement. The special operation bosses feel quite nice to fight, though they don't feel like they are a threat to the player even when underleveled. For the game systems, Nexon asked DE to copy their homework and DE said to not make it obvious, but they did exactly that. I don't think I need to add anything else here If you've played(or watched someone play) for over an hour you can see the similarities. It's not a bad thing, it just feels too inspiried if you ask me. Progress itself feels just right, not too fast, not too slow, only timegating is behind research(Most I've seen is 12 hours for a new descendant), but keep in mind this is a beta whe might get progression walls and the like in the actual game, it's F2P afterall. Overall, I hope to see this game become an actual competitor to warframe, because competition causes people to care more.

I'm sorry, hold on... LAUNDRY debuff? Someone mistranslated that, they must have. LAUNDRY? I tried the last beta and it felt...Sparse. Not enough customization, not many options, not much to be doing. Obviously it was a beta, of course content was light, so I wasn't too upset about it. Given what you're showing... It looks like the issues with options will remain until you get Legendaries? You didn't specify much about the unique effects they had, so I hope they're actually significant and offer a changed gameplay feel, rather than just being a more damaging version of the basic weapon. Part of what keeps Warframe enjoyable for me is the vast differences between weapons, even within the same category, and that just wasn't on offer in Descendant. Using an Exergis, a Tenet Arca, or a Kohm all offer completely different gameplay feels, despite them all being shotguns. If that hasn't or doesn't change in Descendat, that would probably be a make or break for me, personally. I will give this beta a shot, but we're just going to have to see what comes of it. Even if I end up not loving the game, I do have to give props for not going for the Destiny monetization approach, and for how well they've been handling the betas and communication. It might not end up being the game for me, but I can't really throw shade at the devs for anything they've done/not done as of yet, which is a novelty in modern gaming.

I may try it again but some things just are too much for me. I know many here play things like Genshin Impact but the "cute girl" crap from some of these characters are still just too much. On a gameplay level, it at least looks like they improved a lot from the beta but the bar was also low with all of the issues.

@optimization... 3070 here, and was running easily at 60fps, with some spikes here and there last year, at 4k. how is a person reviewing a game, surprised at 2070 not being able to pull through and wanting more optimization? i ... i can't even... saying it does 60fps, which isn't perfect, and that more optimization would be nice... im sorry what? on a pve game? in 2023, in a next gen game? on 2070? when the human eye almost cant distinguish between 60 and 120 in games, and is mainly a pr stunt and people saying how 'yes i can see the diff!!' ? give me a break.... yet another person who doesn't know what they're talking about... ah youtube... why...

It's a 2070S, which is vastly different than a 2070. That just tells me you don't even know the difference between the cards. Also if you listened to the very next few sentences after my initial benchmark I gave, I did not scorn their optimization. It literally can be optimized more. Most TripleA titles I can maintain 60 FPS on release, with high settings with a 2070S. Ultra settings? No. But High? Yes. Less-related, but as someone who used to play in FPS shooter ladders, for me, I can very easily tell the difference between 60 fps and 120 fps. It might not matter to you, but I am not you. People vary. I could say the same to you. "Yet another person that doesn't know what they're talking about." There is no reason to trust your anecdote more than mine as well. RE: Warframe is a much better optimzed game than the typical standard. I can run Destiny 2 on high graphics and maintain 120 FPS even while recording. Why does this game struggle to run 60 FPS without recording? It does not mean it is far below what is expected, but it is obvious optimization can still be improved. The person with the 3070 60 FPS is the outlier here. The leading complaints of TFD last year was: 1. Grapple hook sucks (which I didn't think it was that bad, but I agree current is better) 2. Optimization was ass (this was like, universally agreed upon by the majority). It was comparable to CP2077 release frame rates.

Lets view facts. Review reflects on current state in sep 2023. Game is planned for shipping in 2024 based on beta feedback ( stated by Nexon devs) Company approved reviewer for coverage and he went through process of getting approved. Re: You recall your experience from last year beta as base for your point of view, yet you are triggered by commentary on current state that do require optimization? Stating that game year from release require optimization may be viewed as redundant but is valuable information for us the viewer that they still have to tackle this obstacle. You can dissagree about value provided but i think you should do it in less malicious manner. Main tactic behind your argument is to insult credibility and professionalism of reviewer picking on his graphic card as pivot point for your reasoning instead of providing valuable feedback. Good try but in spite of your intentions you look worse by nitpicking on data he provided. I can bet you would find another point to hold on just to spill your frustration in comments. Using generalized half statements and some loose references shows that you didn't think through your take. And i used previous sentence to not call u stupid in front of internet people... in 2023?... maybe?...in 60 fps?
