Hey, 40 year old Dad of 3 here.....all the way from the Yukon. Cruised on boards in my early 20's, and now getting back on it. Your videos are great! You've opened up a whole new world to me, thank you! Now I just need to practice and learn some tricks. Nice to be in love with the board again. :)

The pivot was my first trick and seemed pretty easy. But it’s also the only trick I know how to do consistently.

Yeah I find switch pivots way easier tho! Regular pivots trip me up sometimes

Oh dude thank you so much for this video. I've been trying to learn tricks on my skate board but it never really clicked for me. I didn't know you could do things like this on a kongboard so when I hopped on mine to try this out, I got it immediately. Thank you again dudde

I started learning ghost rides a few weeks ago. It's to cold to practice, but I roughly got it down. It's my first trick! It is hard tho

I wish you lived in Toronto and held longboarding lessons lol. Do you (or anyone) have any ideas on how to get a partner to learn with or get lessons from a pro? I have tons of anxiety riding alone... and as a beginner. Any suggestions?

Check out Brandon Desgnarlais on Instagram...I think he has an online longboarding class or something with pros that can help you out! Idk much about it tho

How do u pop the board in the air to do tigger class
@TheUrbanEpicure2 жыл бұрын
Frontside pivot should've been first, easiest trick here, your feet are never leaving the board, best for beginners.

Man the part that scares the shit out of me is jumping on the board mid-air... I don't wanna land on the side of the board and smash my back on it ;-;
@OgdenSikel2 жыл бұрын
Unlike skateboards, I have found that the chance of landing on the side of a longboard is extremely small, and I think it’s because of the weight of the board and the size of the trucks
@dominikkomar91702 жыл бұрын
@@OgdenSikel good point tbh never thought of it like that! Imma try landing it tomorrow
