The first John Deere X9 1100 in Italy - 100t/hour combine | Harvest Stars

The largest and most innovative threshing machine from John Deere arrives in Italy for the 2021 Demo Tour: X9 1100! 🤩
Currently it is located in the Venetian countryside, near Jesolo (which can be seen in the background in the shots from above), by the Massignani team. This is also the very first model to arrive on Italian soil, and also one of the very few models in Europe!
The X9, in addition to being in fact one of the largest threshers in the world, differs from all other models currently offered by John Deere in that it has the largest feederhouse on the market. This, together with the new dual rotor threshing and separation system, and the largest cleaning system in the industry, work together to improve crop flow and increase harvesting capacity.
The X9 1100 is capable of harvesting grain up to 100 tons per hour with less than 1% grain loss. "As conditions change, the X9 combine makes automatic adjustments so it is constantly operating at the highest level," said Jonathan Edwards, product marketing manager at John Deere.
The X9 series consists of two models: 1000 and 1100, both powered by the brand new 13.6 liter six-cylinder John Deere PowerTech ™ diesel engine capable of developing up to 700 hp (515 kW). As with the 9000 Series self-propelled forage harvesters, the X9 also adopts the HarvestMotion concept, a robust belt drive system that offers 20% lower fuel consumption and 30% higher torque, as well as using a lower engine speed ( and then it can reach 40 km / h on the road).
Also not to be overlooked is the head, in this model it measures 12 meters, thanks to the double system of belts and upper augers, it guarantees impressive feeding performance. In addition, the frame is designed to actively adapt to the ground, which allows you to collect all the product and yet avoid external objects.
The grain tank holds 130 quintals fully loaded, and here we want to mention the unloading system: the hopper of the X9 1100 has a capacity of 16,200 liters, with unloading speeds of up to 186 liters / sec (to unload the full body there takes only 1 minute and 20 seconds).
In the cabin, the comfort is total, unprecedented views and advanced and intelligent control systems (product control in real time with the possibility of also controlling recovery).
This machine has really impressed those who have seen it, unmatched productivity and top of the range yields. And despite its size, we are sure it will be successful in the Italian market!

Little anecdote: this thresher has been baptized by everyone with the name of "Katrina", because it collects and cleans everything without leaving anything on the ground!

Trebbia bellissima, però secondo me nelle nostre campagne é sprecata, il tempo che perdono in manovre e trasferimenti non ripaga la macchina. Queste vanno bene nelle distese canadesi, dove ne metti 5 a lavorare in un capo, girano fino a sera senza fermarsi e poi il giorno dopo passano al campo a fianco senza neanche staccare la barra

.....dal video, non mi sembra che queste campagne veneziane, siano così tanto estese!!!!....deve fare gincane e manovre a non finire, prima di avviare il campo dietro il casale!!!!.....forse hai le idee un po' confuse,.... magari le hai confuse con quelle Californiane, del Chentachy o meglio ancora, del Canada, ma credimi, quelle sono tutte un'altra cosa!!!!....li si può dire a gran voce che una Trebbia del genere, non è Spropositata!!!! Visto che per ogni campo, non c'è ne è una. Soltanto, ma 10 Trebbie insieme contemporaneamente!!!!.

@@francescorutili6974 Il filmato alla fine dietro il casale è stato ripreso infatti come dimostrazione del fatto che nonostante le dimensioni, anche una trebbia del genere riesce a terminare il lavoro! Certo è assolutamente oversize per quel campo, ma questi sono anche terreni di bonifica, proprio a fianco la laguna, andando verso Eraclea ci sono distese davvero considerevoli!

@@francescorutili6974 fidati di me, sono della zona del Veneziano dove è stata filmata la X9 e posso confermarti che ci sono campi molto più grandi di quelli che si vedono in questo video.. dove una testata da 12 metri viene sfruttata bene, ovviamente non come se fosse in Illinois. Io non ho mai paragonato i campi della mia zona a quelli dell'America. C'è da dire che se una trebbia del genere viene usata nel Veneziano, ci sarà un motivo.. Non in tutta Italia si vedono macchie così importanti 👍

Macchina di grande qualità, non adatta a tutti gli appezzamenti per le sue dimensioni. Inoltre per farla lavorare al massimo deve poter scaricare durante il taglio, in modo da ridurre i tempi morti e poterla ripagare meglio. Sarebbe bello vederla a confronto con la class 8900. Cmq ottimo video e ottima descrizione come sempre; le riprese dall'alto con il drone dello scenario sono spettacolari.

In realtà l'ultima parte del video nasce un po' come provocazione, certo un'azienda non comprerebbe una macchina del genere per il tipo di appezzamenti medi che abbiamo qui in Italia, però nonostante tutto un terzista che si trova ad avere campi di varie dimensioni, può comunque sfruttare questa macchina al massimo delle potenzialità!

Non commento spesso, considera perciò questo messaggio come un resoconto di tutti i tuoi filmati e di ciò che ho sempre pensato in merito al tuo canale: qualità e professionalità da vendere, complici indubbiamente le tue attrezzature, ma di sicuro anche la passione e l'impegno che provi per questo lavoro e credimi... Forte appassionato dei serie 90 Fiatagri, ho esordito sul canale ( credo ormai un paio di anni fa) proprio cercando video su di loro, poi sono finito per girare con piacere tutte le playlist!!! Se posso farti solo una critica costruttiva, in alcuni video (soprattutto quelli dove sono riprese macchine dal suond particolarmente elevato e di merito) sarebbe bello sentire maggiormente il motore e mi riferisco alle clip in aria. Leggevo che il problema sta nelle riprese col drone le quali non lo consentono... Magari un giorno riuscirai a sistemare anche questa cosuccia, perchè detta come va detta, alla fine è una piccolezza Ti lascio un bel like, continua così, sei grande!

Wow, grazie mille davvero 🙏🏻🤩 Certo in qualche video quest’anno abbiamo provato appunto a utilizzare il sound per le riprese del drone, però siccome sono abbastanza pignolo, mi piace abbinare le clip solo se sono riprese dalla stessa direzione, perché ci tengo che il sound sia fedele! Questo quindi è l’unico problema attualmente, perché ultimamente facciamo molti video singolarmente e non in coppia, quindi molte volte preferiamo fare riprese dal drone proprio per motivi di tempo e non riusciamo proprio a registrare il sound! Grazie ancora comunque 🙏🏻

Tolles Video, und schöne Maschine, aber für die Äcker doch wohl wenigstens 2 Nummern zu groß, die Schnittbreite wurde nur selten ausgenutzt und kaum lief es musste er wieder wenden, da kommen keine 100t/h zusammen, aber super schöne Gegend in die ein 6-8m Drescher viel besser passt als dieser 15m Gigant ;-p aber dennoch schön anzusehn, Danke für die Arbeit

Beh ne devono avere di soldi che avanzano se possono permettersi una mietitrebbia che difficilmente sfrutti in appezzamenti da 400 ettari, se fa veramente 1000 quintali ora significa che nemmeno con frumento da 100 quintali ettaro dovrebbe stare senza staccare la barra da terra a 8 km orari scaricando in corsa per farli, alcuni youtuber americani dicono sia esagerata l'x9 anche per i loro standard
