Naw, once you run a JD 1100 you will change your thinking. The Class has only one rotor while the JD has two which provides a better lateral balance for the separator and also superior threshing than a single rotor. I have tried both and I will take the 1100 any day. Very clean samples like a 'Gleaner cleaner' and also very little grain loss left behind on the ground with the 1100.

@John-nc4bl Not sure where your getting your information from... But Claas has had 2 rotors long before john deere. The Claas has 2 we have 2 Claas 760 combines and I can tell you they have 2. Maybe do a little more research. And if you don't even know how many rotors the Claas I doubt you have ever ran one.

​@@jasongerbrandt4728claas have clasical treshing system with two totors instead of walkers...they call it hybrid system...only combines with two rotor is NH CR9 and CR10, even mighty Case have just one rotor.till new series of AF10 combines....all are great machines, but i will say case is lider i AF combines and do best job of all of them.....

@galicije83 Yes that is true. But the Claas has two rotors going length wise through the combine. I've bin in the back looking at them to many times lol not that fun.

@@John-nc4bl What? Lexion always had an APS, a drum and 2 rotors for separation not for threshing. JD just copied New Holland with a twin rotor like they copied Case in the past

We have a r 65 gleaner combine it out cleared and had zero losses to a ex9 planted the feild again the guy we combine for side there will never be a x9 near his farms every again thats how bad they where no joke

The John Deere has less HP, but is pushing 10 feet more header and could be running 4.5 mph, out cutting the Claas

Not possible. A lex aps system can't be beat as far as eating crops. They do cause more damage than a case ih or pure rotor combine though.
