The first Noel

This marks the third of my Christmas arrangements this year, and it exudes a serene ambiance. The underlying concept of this composition revolves around the notion that, as the year draws to a close during the Christmas season, it's essential for us to pause, take a deep breath, and reflect upon all that has unfolded in the past twelve months. This musical piece is crafted to offer solace to your soul, creating a tranquil atmosphere that encourages contemplation and appreciation for the journey we've traversed throughout the year.

This is yet another example of why one cannot help but love Daria as a modern artist! The mellow tempo and gentle flourishes she adds to the end of every phrase really sets this apart and it’s one of my favorite examples of her work. I hope someday that she will perform this live, because half the fun of her videos is watching her perform, and specifically for the way she emotes during her pieces. ❤
