The gated neighbourhood surrounding Manila polo club and golf course is known as Forbes Park. This is the most expensive real estate in Philippines where the rich and famous lives.

@@mylesgarcia4625 yuppers a lot of old money in there. Many dont realize how palatial the homes are in there because they just won't let anyone in that village unless you know someone or you basically fake it to get in and you might get away with it if your lucky.

@@ziggymarley4961 It's not even "palatial" (I'm sure there are more SHOWY homes in Dasma) but it's the pedigree of the residents who live in Forbes who are really the "buena familias" of old. Dasma are the newcomers who couldn't get into Forbes (or North Forbes). And many of the 2nd or 3rd generation Forbes families were spread out into Ayala Alabang.

Harvard Rd - you got to the area of Forbes Park. Ultra exclusive and very private. That’s quite a way off from Uptown. Metro Manila has a big population so vlogging about what’s new and what’s happening in these places is always a good thing. Keeps us (who don’t go out as much) updated.

That gravel track is the same track where your British compatriots, George and Luci, used to jog around as they used to live nearby. It's quiet, clean (as always in BGC) and free from vehicular activity. Not to mention, free to use.

I have discovered something again about that hidden track. Mergim if you want to run at a softer surface, try running at Umak track oval near the ferry station. Its a nice Uni and safe. I think you just have to pay a minimal fee to use the track

Looks like from that track, you turned right and ran down McKinley Road. You should've kept running until you see Shell corner of EDSA, turned right into EDSA, ran all the way until you see the turn off into Kalayaan which goes straight back into BGC. Would've been an exact loop. The start of the track is actually at the back of the parking area for the BGC buses but you could do an entire loop, turn right into 5th ave to go back to the parkway again!

Wow... Happy vibes all over BGC. I envy those people who were able to invest when everything was starting there. I had the chance but during those early time where the advantages of buying a house in a subdivision outweighs vs. buying a condo unit. If only I knew that BGC will be like this☹️...
