Good to see Trudy and yourself in America Wode. If you want some African American traditions and history you have to visit the Southern States. Either one, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina commonly referred to as the deep south where most slaves were made to work plantations. You should be able to get connected through a NAACP organization, a black organization throughout each state. There is one everywhere in most places in the USA. Good luck. Looking forward to you educating your viewers about African American traditions and the deep south were it began. The South will be very important in a few years. It recently has taken over from the North as America's leading economic region, but in this instance include North Carolina, and Florida.

It is my reckoning that Haiti is still being punished by hidden forces for being a pioneeering country for three centuries. It doesnt make sense that the first black country to gain independence, to ban and abolish slavery the country that was home to characters like Toussaint l'Ouverture has come to this. There has to be something behind it. We do know in the early days as a revolutionary state it was blockaded and punished by the french and spanish, and forced to make crippling payments to france so it continues to this day

I think it has a lot to do with Haiti becoming the first country in the region to overthrow its enslavers and break free from France and that’s after fighting for ten years. And France forced Haiti to pay them like billions of dollars afterwards. I know the US was supposed to come into Haiti in the early 1900s and help stabilize the country and they took advantage of them instead. Right now I think they are having leadership issues. I’ve read that there are gangs going around and they don’t want the new President to come back into the country. I’m also reading that Haitians are fed up and want change. It might be that Haiti has had puppet leaders and the people are wanting a leader that will serve them well so there is increasing chaos. I’ve also read that certain things are closing down, there is food spoilage and less food available for people so it could get worse. I’m trying to keep up with and learn more about what is going on there. The Haitian people deserve better.
