Great profile of Anders and an insight into his approach to tying and using fly patterns. I always feel inspired by your films but particularly like the ones featuring Anders as he takes such joy from catching trout and making sure they are returned safely. I’m off to tie some flies now inspired by Anders patterns. I really hope to fish the Ateran some day thanks for creating this and sharing it.

this is a beautiful film. that unite the beautiful moment of fishing, and the reason why people keep go on fishing. this moment you get a big fish or a species you aim precisely. after all the hardship, the time waiting. is just awesome, and yes it doesn't show the days of hiking, hours of trying, fly or lures fisherman who need to throw bring back throw bring back. but with time, you learn to be thanksfull and fish for the moment, for the smell (nature smell) for the nature around you, rather than the fish, fish become the extra. it push you to go in wonderful place, and at the same time does something. and sometime I just don't fish and profit from the sunset, fish chases, etc. I began fishing at 4, ma dad didn't even knew how to fish he just wanted to pass time with me, and here I am 21 years later, never getting tired of going fishing, at sea, at lake, at rivers, everywhere fishing fishes from all size. I caught probably 100+ of species in 3 country. I believe I'll continue to fish till I can't fish anymore. this is a way of life.
