I didn’t hear her say that. She said low-propensity voters. That has nothing to to do with being under educated. Low propensity voters came out in droves to whip Clinton in 2016. Where her arguments break down is she says Harris only needs high propensity voters AND convert independents. That second one is a huge ask and there’s zero evidence in polling data that she’s been able to do that. And the number of those available to be convinced gets smaller every day.
