The big question is - Who was she talking to when she said "It's a live broadcast"? Clearly not those in the conference - they all knew. Also clearly not those in the office as surely they would all know. But even if someone stumbled into the office and didn't know what was going on, they wouldn't be able to hear what Harris was saying because she is talking in a low voice with her hands covering her mouth.
