Recorded in 1989 and released on the local S.G. label in 1990, Fred Parris and the Five Satins tackle the 1955 ballad "Everybody's Got A Home But Me". The standard was written by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II for their musical, "Pipe Dream", and subsequently recorded by artists including Eddie Fisher, Roy Hamilton, Big Maybelle, and the Flamingos.
At the time, the Five Satins consisted of original lead Fred Parris (1936-2023), first tenor Richard “Dick” Arnold (1939-2006), who first recorded with the group as lead singer on their 1964 Sammy label release, “No One Knows”, second tenor Richard Bogan (1945-2005) and baritone-bass Anthony Rogers (1951-1993), who also played bass guitar.
