i did like the fives, but i did not like how room service people did not knock on our door, they would just come in. hated it.

Hello there @Robbo Gsy! Not sure about the exclusive gels . Most cheaper hotels are in the Center of Playa Del Carmen, For example Playa Palms Beach Hotel.

Yeah you’re right by the time, we woke up and walk straight to the beach all beach lounges are gone 😂

food and drinks are all inclusive but there are only selected restaurants depends on what package you are getting.
