I also think that at that moment when she said "Barry" was Caitlin, and even her voice changes a bit, the effect of Killer Frost's voice is no longer heard so strong. For me that scene with Barry and the scene with Harry was the most exciting and best of the chapter.

Is it me or Barry acted like a boyfriend material when he was with Frost 😍 3:32 Frost was being sarcastic in the critical moment but Barry still stayed calm. Look at how his gentle stares shut Frost up (and melted me lol) instantly. 4:02 "Try again" It's like he said "I trust you, I know you can do it Cait." 4:16 " Oh no no" Garrick and Jesse were thinking about the end of the world while Barry was concern of Caitlin only. This is the 'Barry' we know who still cares about everyone even when he is in a desperate situation, not that Barry who became selfish when it came to Iris' condition.

The Snowbarry moments always come out organic and real from the situations because they have a real foundation of friendship and trust built on the show. WestAllen is cringey and forced because the writing is always squeezing Iris into the plot where she has no place. It’s empty, meaningless, unsupported phrases “We are the Flash” “You’re my lightning rod” “There is no Flash without Iris West”. That is NOT how you tell an organic story! You don’t freaking constantly *tell* the viewer this duo is epic, meant to be. You are supposed to *show* it. Also, in addition to Frost’s breakthrough, I enjoyed the Caitlin-Harry Jitters’ scene. And not just because she’s probably a WestAllen brat, but I’m finding this speed-talking ‘Dawn Allen’ chick incredibly annoying, especially for interrupting that moment at the end. But if she’s related to Iris, that certainly explains the annoyingness.

Savitar might tell killer frost the future and said they snowbarry is a thing and have a daughter Dawn Allen which wants to change the past(idk why). That is why she appeared at the wedding and said to Barry “Remember to say yes” killer frost might give some hint to Barry . When Cait was about to figure it out with Harry, Dawn appeared. Do you remember s3 when Barry first met savitar and savitar told him. there are only two things for him to be born and he just told Barry the first theory and then the second he said "it must be ironic to whom I'm talking to and so i will keep that to myself." And the same episode Iris asked Kf what your deal with savitar and she answered "that my business." And i still feel this two lines were overshadowing something for the show but sometimes i feel flash writers forget what they write and jump to new stuff without finishing the other stuffs. About the girl appearing i still think she has problem with KF or Barry. But still i feel s4e5 still has some shadow stuff like felicity mentioned divorce thing and at the end Caitlin said "I do" to iris but she stated that your line though. It just my weird thinking.

1) I love that Caitlin is getting more confident in her and Killer Frost fighting with the others to put down baddies. She was (understandably) reluctant when she revealed that KF was still there and it's good to see her gradually accept that part of herself, which also (theory)could be why she remembered what KF said and felt, maybe the more she accepts KF as part of herself they'll eventually merge into Caitlin with KF powers and sass. 2) Didn't we have KF try to 'cool down' a nuclear-powered baddie like 2-3 episodes ago when Barry was on trial and it didn't work? Not badmouthing any excuse to bring KF/Caitlin and Barry in a scene together but to have 2 nuclear problem episodes so close together seems...weird. 3) Still annoying we can't get a single one-on-one conversation between Barry and Caitlin/KF without a chaperone. It's seriously messed up, especially considering how close they were season 1&2. 4) It does kind of make sense that KF would get sick from the bomb. I mean her powers work by absorbing the heat from around her and transforming it into cold (I think) kind of like how we breathe in oxygen and expel carbon dioxide. So since the 'heat' is radioactive it would make her sick, even with her cells ability to repair themselves quickly. Especially since every time she used her powers to freeze the bomb, she was absorbing more and more radioactive particles. Just something I thought about. Please don't correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not exactly up to date on nuclear power or bombs. 5) "No no no" awww the feels. Finally, a moment where he reminds us he cares about her! Bout time. 6) Am I the only one who, when they heard KF say: "Don't let Caity die." I heard a little voice in my head say "Again." Just me heariing things again? And she had a lot less echo in her voice...or again that might have just been my wishful hearing. I wonder what we're supposed to think that KF not only was worried about Caitlin, but she also felt the need to almost beg Barry not to let Caitlin die which is kind of interesting, but I'm not sure how to take it honestly. I wonder if, after she asked him that, if he had a flashback to the last time Caitlin almost died and he wasn't there to help stop it. Idle curiosity. Also I think it was also probably a bit of a shock for him since KF is notorious, well, cold towards people and when she was with Savitar she said repeatedly that she wasn't Caitlin and Caitlin was dead and for KF to be so visibly worried about Caitlin was probably a bit of a shock, especially since Barry really hasn't interacted with either of them all that much this season so doesn't know KF all that well. 7) I'm sorry but it annoys me that Iris comes up with an idea that works every so often and she's praised and lauded, but Cisco, Caitlin and Harry come up with not only the what, how, why etc of the meta and their goals each week and they get ignored and less screen time each week. Yes, Iris came up with the solution to the problem this time, which is great and everything, but her and Barry's continued disregard for the others contribution to the team which at this point is pretty much carrying the planning etc parts of the episodes while WA go off and be a couple or Barry trains Ralph is just bull. And we get next to no interactions between Barry and anyone but Iris for the vast majority of episodes. Seriously everyone but Barry and Iris should be busy and away from the lab for like a week and see how well they cope on their own since they're the Flash and all. Ok, rant over.

Thanks, I'm glad you like my comments. Though doing something more than just youtube comments would be the first steps onto a deep dark path that would take up even more of my limited free time because I'd put so much time and effort getting it 'just right' because I'm borderline OCD that way. Red Noxia, unfortunately, it's not just Caitlin who gets the 'make character weaker to try and boost Iris' up" bull. Barry gets similar treatment doubting himself every other episode so Iris and Iris only can make him believe in himself again. He's beaten Reverse Flash, Zoom *and* Savitar but apparently, the Thinker is too much for him. Even visiting character like Felicity get a near lobotomy where she forgets she's been helping Oliver figure out and execute plans for 5-6 *years* and lets the 2nd least experienced (besides Cecille who is a DA, not a vigilante team member and a badass in her own right) plan the near non-existent scheme to free the Weeper from Amunettes clutches. The only decent things about that episode were the guy's bachelor party which at least was funny and had a Barry and Joe heart to heart and Killer Frost. Barry should be the leader of the team again since it was *created* to support *him* so they could handle the meta-problem and protect the city. Iris...she should be making a difference in her own way, not bogarting Barry and the rest of Team Flash's way. The show has gone downhill so much since they've tried to make her character something it's not:she's not a leader, she isn't a scientist, she hasn't had much input on plans etc for the last 3 seasons but apparently has all these skills and knowledge she accumulated in the 6 months that Barry's been gone. Almost her entire identity is tied to her relationship with Barry.

Red Noxia the main problem that the writers of these shows all seem to have is that when they have a couple like Westallen who are 'canon' because of the media it's based off, they have a tendency to write the romantic partner as a love interest not a character that stand up on their own merit within the story. It happened with Laurel, Jimmy and Iris. Laurel and Jimmy didn't get better character development or storylines until *after* they weren't considered the 'destined' love interest of the main characters. Unfortunately, this leads to the love interest being underdeveloped except in their relationship to the lead and often makes them feel 2 dimensional and inconsistent. In Iris' case it lead to her swinging between being a good friend to Barry to being a self-absorbed hypocrite who didn't want Barry, but then broke up his relationship with Linda while she was with Eddie and then got mad at Barry for 'making her the bad guy' when she continued to turn him down. And we were supposed to be rooting for them? As someone commented on a previous video: 'Iris is a character who get's the benefits of character development without any actual character development.' That was probably paraphrased, but still true.

Just something I noticed recently: Iris season three finale- 'Look at that, I saved you!' Barry and Caitlin earlier that season- "You saved my life." Cait just shrugs. "You saved mine plenty of times." Iris season five- "Go team Westallen! Yeah?" Cisco in 4x10 (your previous video)- "You did it! You saved the city!" Even though he did half the work during that final plan! OG Team Flash gave credit to eachother, but they never horded praise! They recognise that it's a team effort. Each mission has different MVPs, but it's not a competition. They got eachother's backs and that's what's important to them.

I might even start watching the show again. Not the bs speedster!Iris episode, but this one for sure. Also, what are your thoughts on Wally leaving The Flash and joining Legends? I think it's the best possible direction that they can take him right now, the few episodes he got there showcased him in a much better light than The Flash ever did what with WA/IW always taking over the show. They gave a good chunk of his villains, like Abra Kadabra and Black Flash to Barry, and Wally wasn't even able to help fight them. WA basically ripped the Wally/Linda storyline - "lightning rod" is their thing, I literally wanted to throw my laptop across the room when I saw Barry say it to Iris in this video. And to be honest, I didn't give a shit about WA in the comics, so I sure as hell don't give a fuck about them now. Great video though, just gonna' end tangent there!

Also...genuine question here - if Barry is so fast that he can live these seconds before the explosion for like 15 minutes to him, then how come he came late and the bomb was already triggered? He should've been there in almost an instant and stopped the whole thing from happening. Another genuine question - If Barry is supposedly more fast than any other speedster after staying several months in the speed force, how come his fastest effort happens to be exactly the same speed as Jay Garrick and Jesse Quick this whole time? He could run faster, right? Does he just 'slow down' a bit and not use his whole potential in order to be in the same speed as the other speedsters? But it seems to me that the world is almost completely frozen only moving in short bursts every 5 minutes or so (to the speedsters) so it seems everyone is moving faster than I previously thought they were capable of. Maybe it's just me.

i'm glad you're back !! I hate when iris solved the problem.... She wasn't here when team flash used the "Quark Sphere" ..... He makes more sense if Cisco or Caity tell barry about Quark Sphere but no the writter want "Queen Iris" save the days, and i'm sure in the "run iris run" episode ,She control all of barry power immediately and why not save Caitlin life ? (plse no.....) but i have a crazy theory, maybe when Iris go back to normal she going to depression and kill herself x)

I have a theory for season 7: I think that Eddie will come back to life as Cobalt Blue and iris will then again fall In love with him and get a divorce with Barry, then Barry and Caitlin end up getting married and that causing Nora to get erased from existence because Barry and iris never had Nora. I actually hope this happens

Again I say for a couple of friends it's amazing how much chemistry and synchronicity they have between them. I mean there's gotta be something there. Also, lest we forget that Iris didn't even show up until after they shot that little red ball into the Speedforce so how would she know unless she was told about it off screen? As much as I enjoy *most* of this episode (except for the cop out ending) I am confused with Frost's powers. In the comics and mentioned in 3x05 when she's at her mom's lab her powers absorb the energy of whatever its freezing, transferring the energy and power to her thus making her stronger. It's why her powers grew the more she used them. Killer Frost in the comics is a heat vampire, she becomes stronger the more energy and heat she absorbs and needs it to stay alive (thus the kissing thing, its the best way to steal body heat). In fact Killer Frost is more likely to die locked in a freezer than by the radiation in this episode because she needs heat to survive, based off like cold blooded animals basically. And while I get it if they don't make it so her powers forces her to use her energy absorption to survive that power is a huge part of what makes her really unique as someone with cold powers in any media. So while I understand extended exposure to nuclear energy and moving as fast as Barry does in Flashtime (aka near speed of light) would exhaust her, the heat would also be giving her energy to sustain herself longer than most. But here they make it out like heat is hurting her when that shouldn't be the case. Ugh, I really just wish the writers would figure out how they want to structure her powers and stick too it, it'd be so much better.
