Dibny, however, is wrapped up in a small scandal of his own: He’s got evidence of Central City’s mayor cheating on his wife, and wants money to help him forget it ever happened. Unfortunately for him, this mayor doesn’t have a problem with making problems like Dibny go away, permanently.
