Favourite characters of the tv show Jesse Quick played by Violett Beane (Ok, Ok i find the actress attractive lol) Eobard Thawn aka Reverse Flash played by Matt Letscher & Tom Cavanagh Missed characters with change. Trajectory - In the tv show she died due to V9 overdose while in the comics i believe she gained her powers another way and had them taken from her mid battle and ended up dieing as i recall. Eobard Thawne was always my favourite character from DC Comics so obviously he's my favourite in tv show even if they did change his personality. Thawne have five origin stories in the comics: Silver Age, New Earth, Flashpoint, New 52 and Rebirth. According to what he said, every single one of them is correct. Tv Show is basing his origin from rebirth mostly and some things from the New Earth one which in my opinion is the most interesting. When it comes to his personality then the fact is he's more obssesed than Joker and he's just crazy / insane psychopath but in different type. He once thought that he's Barry Allen so he made a plastic surgery to look like him. Also he thinks that by doing things like killed barry's dog, best friend, droping him from the stairs and broke his arm when he was a kid, legitly thinking that he will back in time and will become his parent or killing Iris twice for example, he's helping Barry. Fact: In tv show there is a scene where zoom kills henry. In the comics that is Eobard who did this except right before he was torturing him psychicaly and mentaly When it comes to his apperance then it depends of what comics it will be. Once he was blond, had blue eyes and had face almost exactly like Barry. In New Earth his hair are strawbery blond / lighter ginger and blue eyes. And in rebirth he has ginger hair and blue eyes. Also he was born with 167 IQ and that increased since then. Yes, he's one of the most smartest people in dc Even if not in apperance, Tom is more accurate Thawne to the comics then Matt. Mostly in personality way but anyway even if so, these two are not even close to Eobard from the comics.

John Wesley Shipp also played The Flash in the old CBS version. I read The Flash (and other DC comics) and it never bothered me the live action actors weren't blond. A side note: Daniel Craig being a blond Bond seemed odd at first but he pulled it off. What's the matter, is there a problem watching black people on screen. The whole of america was whitewashed. And black people had no qualms watching white people running up and down on tv screens. Matter if fact never had a choice. What's so painful about the few black people in media? Quite frankly it is still whitewashed.
