In the Fabius Bile books, we see a Dark Eldar who's stronghold is a vast tower of living meat and muscle. A monolith of flesh, threaded through with brain tissue to control the living matter of the tower, which is in constant agony and feeding it's masters a steady supply of pain. It's equal parts living creature, mighty fortress, and moving siege weapon. I imagine a Brood Spire to be something similar. Neither place nor body, but both at once. And on a grand scale fit for a god.

Brood spire could be a environment, to build a large area of flesh, or maybe it something similer to the blob a large mass similer to the hellpit abomination, except it just keeps on growing and growing absorbing what it could find.

Ok, you mention how moulder is trying to make this vessel for the horned rat and how you think it could be a place. This got me thinking what if it is a place like you said (love that idea) but also the horned rat? Like its carving its true realm in the lands of chaos by becoming that realm. Also what if the horned rat is actually female and is then the brood mother of all skavendom, so that when it becomes this realm its babies live on and in her in some weird macabre design? Idk just spit ballin as the video was good and really got me thinking! Thanks

Moulder and Skryre have always been my two favorite clans, never been much for the Assassins, there cool but eh, and the plague ones also meh some cool lore and models but i never felt them.

GW’s Moulder line is pretty disappointing. Other than the Hell Pit, it’s all just variations of Rat Ogres. Instead of the Brood Terror, they should’ve brought the brood horror back with the option to mount it with a Master Moulder. That way, Moulder could also get an additional hero.

So basically just use a whfb design? Aos is a creative space. I love brood horrors but the moulder stuff is great, could use another big beast but hey like you said we got the abbomination still. If the new skaven stuff was is total war youd probably love it lol.

@@Midgar88 I don’t see the problem in using a whfb design. It’s not like the brood terror would be out of place there. As for creativity, it’s just a big rat ogre. I’d take anything other than yet another rat ogre.
