Many believers do not truly believe as an accomplished fact that Christ has died and been resurrected for them, nor do they sincerely apply in practice the principle of death and resurrection which they are called by the Holy Spirit to obey. Hence, they still remain subject to the control of the flesh, just like those who have not died and been resurrected, although in fact, they have died and been resurrected according to what has been accomplished by Christ, and they should die to themselves and live to God according to their duty as disciples.

This is a teaching that all charismatic Pentecostal denominational persons need to hear and receive. There is so much error in the body of Christ, because it is mostly flesh cardinal unforgiving. Watchman Nee teachings need to be preached to the masses again because most of us walk, talk in error. Love you brother sisters

Read Colossians 3:3 and Romans 6:6 - this is a doctrine of demons and sinless perfectionism is not a thing.

@@VoidSurfer9 Right and verse 15 is an exhortation to not sin because of this amazing truth. In other words, you're free from sin, doesn't mean go and sin it up, however we sin in thought deed or omission in ways we even know not. The flesh is sin and death, but the spirit is life and peace, thank you Lord Jesus.
