I don`t know I think one that crashed was a replica.

Kevin Fagerberg i dont think it was a replica in the sense of todays replica's.. . when it crashed they said it had just received historical status only months earlier..it was sad...they said it was one of so many left of the ones that were made.

I saw a TV show about plane crashes and they showed one at an air show that crashed because someone forgot to take a strap off the rudder or something. I think that one they said was a replica. It must be a different crash. I would not be surprised if it is on KZbin. There are other videos of the one I flew in on KZbin. Its been in movies.

Kevin Fagerberg Hi, I found the article on the crash of the tin goose on put in bay island) pretty simple ,on google just type in > island airlines tin goose crashes on take off) or ( tin goose crash on put in bay island).. theres a picture of the news paper article with the plane.. it is authentic and reads somtething like.. historic plane crashes on take off due to mechanical difficulty and hits utility pole.. the plane was used to ferry people from the mainland to the island. and that day had ferried 90 people.. (from me god knows why they were still using it).. and it goes on- when they were made ,how many left, and how many were in museums.. kevin its a good article , not to big,its worth looking up. I envy you for having ridden in one.. Those are true history, nostalgia and just Wow.
