Tkachuk was seriously injured and shouldn't even have been playing... They battled hard till the end... But didn't have enough healthy bodies and enough 'puck luck' to give Vegas a run for their money.... doesn't change the significance of what they accomplished... Seriously... Doc had no business clearing him to play... but Bergeron probably begged him... Plus players routinely... ROUTINELY ... lie/ minimize their injuries... Back in the old 1972 Canada/Soviet Summit series, Paul Henderson played thru a serious concussion...Paul Kariya did that in the Stanley Cup playoffs in Anaheim... Tkachuk was seriously injured in the finals vs Vegas... but refused to quit... This is HOCKEY... Not soccer, not basketball... You have NO CLUE what some of these guys go thru...
