awesome I love swamp hiking but I am from Florida so I am biased!..enjoy your trip...iget drier north of Lake Occechobee yeas a cottonmouth!

Loved the Big Cypress. Often camp at Monument Lake. Will definitely hike that section again. Keep Smilin'

Feet and legs feel great. Lots of people having foot problems, but so far I have never had those issues. I just bought a Grayl filter for this trip. Love it. Takes everything out. Have never really filtered in the past, but I think this system is a keeper. Keep Smilin'

What are you doing for socks?

Thought about bringing a pair of liners, but didn't. Just using two pair of Darn Tough. Wash them and boots every night. Get the majority of the sand and mud out. Keep Smilin'
