I just want to point out how Circus Baby acted like a little girl, wanting to play like a child would. And considering it's a literal little girl possessing Baby, it just seems a little more wholesome in my opinion. Especially when instead of her killing you at the end, she gives you ice cream. (Which still seems a little threatening considering its what was used to kill Elizabeth.)

@@croc2112 Ngl I'm of two minds about this since Scott himself is a devout Christian and much of his work heavily features themes of Christianity (not so much fnaf, but he did a bunch of religious movies before making fnaf). There's also Henry's speech in which he mentions hell (although Afton verifiably doesn't go to hell and is instead kept alive and tortured by Cassidy/TOYSNHK before being trapped undersea by Charlie if you believe Fazbear Frights to be canon). But at the same time, fnaf's rather messy afterlife system is largely incompatible with Christian theology.

If I recall right Roxy says this too (it's a vivid memory so do take a grain a salt of it-) which initially it would assume she was insulting the player but if baby and moon are also insinuating this question there definitely is more to that re-occuring question... at the end we become a staff bot and give Cassiy but whats interesting about that scene is that map bots head was um- givin a "bunny hair cut"... so it might be a clue if we look back at ruin and the things we saw there perhaps?

@@BigRook101 Before I watched the ending of being the bot who gives Cassie the Vanny mask, I was thinking that maybe we play as Vanessa/Vanny like Dawko suggests and that Baby and Moon were saying it as a “why would Glitchtrap pick you?” type vibe if that makes sense! Though, this could still be plausible as Vanny isn’t seen in Ruin (besides the mask ofc). Though, considering the ending of Vanny kinda squashing Glitchtrap in her palm, it’s something to note that Moon was the one to give her the plushie; I believe Moon has a way bigger part in the lore then we first thought (or maybe I’m just thinking too hard lol)

Plus the mask allows Cassie to communicate with certain characters, like Sun and Roxy. Also, the mimic kind of hacked in to the mask as a means to further lead Cassie to him.

I think that we've been playing as Cassie's dad, Cassie's notes always referred to him in past tense and that could be why, he found Glitchtrap and then the Alpha S.T.A.F.F Bots killed him. He was then reborn as MaskBot and gave his daughter the V.A.N.N.I and designed Helpi to guide her.

I don't know whether Cassie's dad was the MC of this game, but I think the implications are pretty clear that whoever the character we play as is taken over. Also, I think PQ4 could tell us one of two things: that this character either is a second reluctant follower, or is Vanessa prior to Security Breach. If the first theory is true, the story would make perfect sense, but if the second is true, then that complicates the entire story. If this is Vanessa prior to SB, then this means we did not free her in PQ3, but rather we freed someone or something else. But that wouldn't make sense because we know we play as Vanessa in VR1, and we know she was trapped in the room in PQ3. So that could only really mean one thing: This is a second reluctant follower, and maybe could even be Cassie's dad. Showing Cassie obtaining the mask at the end makes me think this is Cassie's dad, because that would feel poetic.

I think Cassie's dad would have to be Mike Afton, because he is the only person that would be down there alone, and this had to take place between SB and Ruin because there is only one mask (Vanny has it in SB) and Cassie has it in Ruin (was given to her by the character we play here). The other possibility is Cassie is not actually related at all to Mike, and he just happens to give it to her because she is the first person he sees after being transferred. Edit: looking into this more, it actually is possible this might be Vanny prior to SB and it's showing us that her consciousness may have been moved from PQ3 into PQ4. Other than that, I don't have any other evidence that this is her unless this is ostensibly complicated and Vanny being at the end of the game is literally showing us we were playing as her.

Two possible options Option 1: Cassidy. Candy cadets story mentioned how the girl grew up and came back wiser and matured. All for pay back on the witch "the mimic/glitchtrap". Cassidy was a child in ruin and coming back could make sense, especially if they set her up to be the new vanny to begin with. The only problem being that ending where we see the moment the mask bot hands Cassidy the mask in the robots perspective. Which makes us think that who ever we are playing as gets Trapped as the mask bot. Option 2: Vanessa. Grown and matured could be metaphorically meaning she isn't naive like before and knows what she is getting herself into this time around. Arguably I feel like she would have a lot more trauma and motive to come back because she lost a lot of time because of glitchtrap making her vanny. Heck she could have gone back down there to redeem herself or wanted her own pay back. But in the end, the final ending (I'm assuming) is interesting in both options. Whoever we are is stuck in a cran machine and we give vanny the glitchtrap only for her to crush him and wave goodbye. Two possible explanations. The first one is that Vanny, the reluctant follower personality within the mask or within vanessa finally broke free from glitchtrap and has possessed vanessa/Cassidy to do what SHE wants. Another option which is similar but Arguably far more terrifying is that Vanessa despite being set free had suddenly grew a level of enjoyment that she didn't originally acknowledge or agree with but going threw fnaf vr2 she realizes that she liked it. Oh god... that's terrible but it's just a theory.

Still have to watch the last two videos, but that ending I think supports a thought I have. Spoiler warning I suppose. The ending, to me, confirms that Afton ending still happened in some capacity. Not to the full extent of what we see exactly. But the fact that Afton, Glitchtrap, Mimic whatever was in the charging pod beneath the FNAF 6 pizzeria. Gregory and Vanessa went down at some point to set up the security system, which is where Gregory would have seen the Blob and Burntrap in order to draw that picture/comic and leave it behind. Although, now that I'm typing this all out, I'm realizing that our character becoming Mask bot; and all the hard mode levels happening with the mask off, would imply that this takes place shortly before Ruined. Sooooo, maybe Glitchtrap is a living threat now, alongside the Mimic? Whose to say, these are just random thoughts I'm having. An amazing series Dawko, now to watch the last two!

I think the person in the charging station is either Glitchtrap or Vanny. The reason why it might be Glitchtrap is that if you look closely at the hand, the person’s fingers aren’t as long and yellow as Glitchtrap’s, it looks more human. The only other person I can think of is either Gregory (but it’s prob not him because he’s supposed to be short) or Vanny. If it’s not Vanny, then it’s prob just Glitchtrap.

Well check out Fury's Rage. In the level Vanny's Lair we can see a female shadow inside a charging station that looks like Baby/Eleanor. So perhaps its Eleanor. But idk. It doesnt really look like Glitchtrap, the hands are too thin and i think i saw long nails on it. I could be wrong.

I’m noticing a lot of people think that you are just the staff bot, but that scene felt a little different to me. Maybe it’s just that the Charlie / Puppet influence has been rooted in my brain, but I saw it more as something temporarily taking control of a bot to give Cassie the mask. And there’s the repeated puppet imagery as well-with the graffiti and bots. And there’s also the “What makes you so special” line that keeps popping up, first with Moon, and now with Baby. If this game is connected with Charlie, then what if they’re talking to her? Why is she the one with so much power? Why was she the one to give them life? What makes her so special? Anyways, just a thought.

I really wanna know why two characters now have said “what makes you so special” it’s not a line we’ve heard in any other game at least not to my knowledge. It would make sense if you were playing as Vanessa/Vanny and they’re basically saying “what makes you so special that William would choose you” especially with Circus baby saying it she’s essentially going “why would he choose you over me” Moon saying it doesn’t make a lot of sense but there could be something that makes sense. Anyway that’s just something I caught onto during the play through so far

So theory time, so it’s just a theory of mine So the phrase “what makes you so special” shows up many times with C.B and Moon, but then I remember the ending, remember How we saw through the eyes of the Mask Bot, well my theory is that maybe the character we are playing as is an employee that went missing and is possessing the Staff Bots, and perhaps the animatronics are confused as of why they act so different then the others, cause remember the mask makes us see things as the AR world, for all we know our character probably didn’t even know they were dead, so the animatronics see them as just another Staff Bot. But it looks like that ending Indicated that the memory of their death had come back to them, by the looks of things they were killed by the tampered Staff Bots under the Pizzaplex after seeing something they shouldn’t have But I also have another theory that on each level/level column we play as different workers that went missing, Roxanne’s Makeup artist, the cook, the person that makes the drink orders backstage with the staff bots, the mechanic, the one who would practice with the DJ, even someone who would regularly come by the Daycare to do arts and Crafts with Sun and Moon, all of them each possessing a Staff Bot, the scenes in the Ruin style being those employees, each possessing a Staff Bot, even in death trying to do their duties, and help the others The one with repairing Roxanne was comforting her The one in the kitchen was feeding Chica even though she can no longer keep food in her body The one in the Arcade doing one last lesson with the DJ The one in the Daycare trying to console Sun after the fire and collapse The one in the factory even now making drink orders, making sure the Staff Bots they worked with were ok, making sure they had something to do and taking breaks And finally the Mask Bot, our character who is a security guard, who gave the mask to Cassie as an attempt to help her But like I said that’s just a theory

At first I felt that just as a digital version of Afton was created, Vanessa also had a digital version that integrated into the Pizzaplex system. However, I now believe that to be Nightmarionne, which has far stronger evidence.

And there's stuff that wouldn't work if Glitchtrap was Mimic (eg why it acts like William and how in SD an animatronic most likely controlled by Glitchtrap refers to UCN, something Mimic couldn’t know about) Besides, it's not just William *or* Mimic, both could be Glitchtrap at the same time

i think the hand we saw in the charging station is Cassies dad and he got turned into the mask bot, it would make sense because in help wanted 2 we are a employee of the company and Cassie mentioned in ruin that her dad is an fazbear technician

Oh man first off absolute congratulations for finishing the game in one day that's definitely fast! I'm really weirded out by that ending though, that lanky hand is definitely glitchtrap's, at first I thought it would be Gregory because of how low it is but it does check out to be Glitchtrap so that's done. The game rebooting to give us a first person pov of cassie finding the mask is definitely strange, because that would mean the character we play as is an ai that would later become maskbot/mapbot. It behaves just like Glamrock Freddy's glitch at the beginning of security breach, we come in contact with something that makes us reboot and we regain conciousness in a different place. Maybe, just maybe, this means that the ai in question has the same thing going for it as Glamrock Freddy, it has a soul. Whose soul I can't tell, first guess is the puppet because the puppet imagery is everywhere in SB and even within hw2 there's that conspicuous doll with the puppet's mask drawn onto it, we'll see if it ties into the story at play or not. One thing that really bugs me when I look at the greater picture here is that we play as a character that starts with a v.a.n.n.i. mask in the vr world, and we get to hop between the vr world and the real world until we're faced with a vision of something, most likely glitchtrap or related, that makes us reboot and we wound up inside maskbot giving the v.a.n.n.i. mask to Cassie. And that's where the lightbulbs start lighting up because now maybe we are indeed maskbot/mapbot, or any staffbot from the pizzaplex really, and I think we literally were set on a training mission for fazbear entertainment, it's not like hw1 where its canon but not canon and we can't tell if the games we played were factual or not, I think this game is all canon, every minigame can be and most likely is a simulation or irl (in the gale's world ofc) situation meant for staffbots to learn to work in the pizzaplex and other fazbear entertainment facilities like the sister location or fnaf 6's pizzeria. I think the princess quest 4 minigame will give further answers (and most likely more questions) though so I'll chill. I also remember moon's lines, "what makes you so special"? Taking my theory/guess, what makes us apart from the other staffbots? Maybe it's the soul thing I guessed with the rebooting. We are a special staffbot because we hold a soul. Whose soul it may be will give further answers to this question.

Yeah I think it's supposed to be Glitchtrap, or Afton. They brightened up the model to look paler as human, or maybe it was just the lighting.

@@phobiaanimations I understand that but look at the shape of the hand, it’s to slim and small to be glitchtrap which is a suit unless it’s the mimic and somehow like in the books, it’s wearing a human as a disguise and Afton is a questionable one as why would they make him human again. I believe it’s either Gregory or vannessa but I’m starting to think it’s vannessa mainly bc of the height. Edit: I looked at it again and ye it does look like glitchtrap now that I zoomed on it by 8x. It most likely is glitchtrap then
