Fascinating. This is Sebadoh-related, not Folk Implosion-related, but thought I'd mention it anyway -- in August 1999 I attended the First Annual Music Against Brain Degeneration Revue, in Dallas, TX, which was a headphone concert, and Sebadoh was one of the acts (along with Robyn Hitchcock and The Flaming Lips) and it will always be seared into my brain as almost certainly the most amazing show I'll ever see and hear.
