It is named after the city of Folsom, even though it doesn't serve Folsom. It mostly serves Sacramento and surrounding areas, and I believe it has been as far south as Stockton. A Turn is an "out and back local", meaning it returns to its origin, when it is done serving its customers. Out and back locals are out less than a day. FYI: Out and back locals don't always have "Turn" in there names, the Rocklin Rocket is one example. Thanks for watching.
