Let`s go Japan!!! We are looking for the best international foodwatchers. Observe, discover, convince. We want you to design the food of the future. ¡Take part in The Food Mirror GAME!
Our challenge is to identify the best observers and together build an international community in which to contribute their discoveries in terms of new products, ways of consumption, trends, etc. in the food sector.
In order to find out whether you are the observer we are looking for, we propose a game: THE FOOD MIRROR GAME, in which you must prove your skills and abilities to detect signs of trends and innovations connected with food. Only you, with fieldwork in your environment, can provide us with exclusive and highly valuable information.
The Food Mirror is a social and business-oriented project by AZTI-Tecnalia that aims to promote the culture of innovation in the food and gastronomy sector, by integrating the identification and study of trends with the creation of a global foodwatcher community, with the aim of activating the design of innovative products and services that will turn into economic and social value, to meet consumers' demands today and in the future.
