Palm nut soup is my favorite, too. Wen u go nxt time, try chicken palm nut soup with fufu. Also, light soup doesn't have to be light. Wen u cooking @ home , u choose the consistency u want. I like my light soup a little thick wen im cooking it myself.

It’s true. Ghanaian aunties did introduce this version of jollof to Nigeria, when they worked in their homes back then. Nigerians cooked jollof differently then. Now their chefs are using Ghana jollof recipes and claiming it as their own.

There is no competition with Ghana when it comes to food. Y'all need to stop this nonsense. Nigerians don't make jollof. They got this attention by accident. The North of Nigeria eat like Niger 🇳🇪 and the rest eat Gari and egusi. That's about it. Everything else was copied.

Look what Ghana has done to this our poor sister oooo! Sorry oooo. See, theres a secret to West African cooking. The different kinds of protein in the sauces that u are talking about, is the success of why the sauce tastes so good, because each protein treated well, comes with different tastes(flavours) is the reason the sauces like stews and soups taste so good. I noticed that East African and southern Africa dont use much seasoning and spices, except Ethiopia use seasonings and spices. Wow, how long were u in Ghana that u know all these towns and names of the foods so well. I bet u are glad u came to Ghana. Look at all the memories you've created for yourself. Hope u come back. Hope u learned how to cook some of the foods so that u can make it for yourself and teach your people too.
