I'm not sure who's angle of retribution refers to. Some people thought it is Alger, some people thought it is Arrodes. But personally, I prefer Alger more than Arrodes since Arrodes is a sealed artifact and doesn't need an anchor. And for Alger, we don't know which sequence he is in rn, he might be in sequence 2, just like Fros (though it's never officially revealed which sequence she's in rn). And since angle of retribution originally refers to sea god scepter, and Klein gave that thing to Alger, it's kinda safe to assume Alger is angle of retribution, right? 😅 Ofc, I also know some people have their own thought about who's angle of retribution (excluding alger and arrodes)

​@@luze1714you're right. sea god basically just a snake who swallowed beyonder characteristic, got lucky not to die and became half crazy beyonder creature. after Klein killed it, it became sea god scepter. and the rest of the story is just like what I said in my previous comment. personally, I think sea god doesn't have any qualification to become the fool's angles. he's brutal. it's kinda tainted the fool's image. as you know, the fool famous with his kind image.

Well, if you really don't mind the spoilers then hold onto your butt cause this shit is _late game_ : The only official tarot club member to have reached the stage of a sequence 2 angel are Fors and Klein(obviously). The others are all as of yet still either sequence 3/4 demigods/saints. The funny thing is that most of these guys aren't even official members of the troup or real. All of the Fool's supposed "Angels" are only mentioned in the Fool's bible, a scripture written by the surviving inhabitants of the forsaken land of the Gods, after Klein, as one of his identities, Gehrman Sparrow, managed to lead them out of the Forsaken Land of the Gods, therefore becoming the Angel of Redemption. The Angel of Death is Azik Eggers, who is not an official member of the tarot club but an actual angel that has worked in cooperation for so often that people just assumed that he started serving the Fool. The Angel of Mercury is a Sequence 1 Angel of Fate, Will, that reincarnated as child of someone Klein knew and kept bothering with things he needed help with, so he too became an Angel of the Fool by association. The Angel of Retribution is sometimes considered to be Algar because he later joined the Fool's church, but mostly it's because Klein at one point obtained an artifact formed from the remnants of a sea god and proceeded to just throw lightning at everything. The Angel of the Holy Spirit is Reinette Tinekerr, a Sequence 2 angel of the mutant pathway who is trying to rebuild her old physical body and contracted with Klein to become his messenger. He also often called upon her to fight for him. Lastly, the Angel of Life, is mostly unclear but definitely not a specific character, instead likely an amalgamation between some Klein's actions, the character of Bernadette Gustav, Roselle Gustav's daughter, and Audrey, because she once visited the City of Silver people thought she was an angel because of her beauty. The Angel of time is _technically_ Amon, as the mischivious bastard rang the bell of the City of Silver when Klein freed them but the info was changed to hint at Palez Zoroast, the angel of the error pathway hiding inside Leonard.

@@keragon2462 It's not as heroing and impactful as Lord of Mysteries since the Church of the Fool was established, information related to the world is easily accessible unless it is related to cosmos and High sequence beyonders. Our boy Lumien Lee is the protagonist and he is from the Hunter pathway, the first arc of the book is really good and filled with TRUE HORROR. #Spoiler Imagine you are a normal youngster who likes to prank everyone in the village, you live with your older step sister who is clearly a beyonder of dubious origin. You want to be a person who is able to cast magic too but your sister says it's life threatening to do that but still you insist. You come across various abnormalities in the village so you begin to find the cause. After a few days you meet with a team of three official beyonders who says that they received a letter from the river stating that "People around us are becoming crazy, we are becoming crazy, Please help!" But then you do some more research and find out it was written by you! Wtf moment~ Then you find that you are in a Time Loop and your whole village is a sacrifice to summon an Evil God! Wtf moment once again~ But don't worry, the Tarot club is here to help! I'm Mis. Magician, if you want to end this cycle you just have to wake up since the village you were in was already destroyed by the Evil Gods dissent but because of our lord and savior Mr. Fool it was sealed inside you! 😭 But you want to bang- sorry Save your Step Sister you should join our cause and become a member! Once you become a high sequence beyonder you may save your sister! ♦️♦️♦️ Overall it's quite a good story but in COI we play as a team player. And yes there are many people from Earth here, some of them are influenced by CW so they are enemies of the Tarro club.
