Next 18th hammer have about 1360 gems for goblin builder for 17d. And minimum 1570 cwl medals for even more potion. 41 builder and 17 research potion. It will save 2448h = 102 d buider time. (6 buiders) +50% time reduce up to 204d If 7buider than it will save 2856 h= 119 d. +50% time reduce up to238d On lab with goblin it will save 816h = 34 d. + 50% time reduce up to 68d.

Honestly these type of videos aren't needed at all, it should be common sense that the only things worth using during HJ since costs and time have been reduced is builder poitions and resource potions and even more so now that they boosted collectors. As for priority I'm sure everyone knows the big defenses and most expensive upgrades should be priority

This exactly. Unless you're fully maxed, it makes no sense to leave any builder free while you can still start the longest possible upgrades at 50% discount right before hammer jam ends. Unless you're expecting mostly upgrade reductions of more than 50% with the update... Only acceptable reason to keep your builders free is "can't help it, I just have to be the first on the planet to get the new stuff" XD

I think it's still worth it to use magic items this event, to be specific hero book, you can knock lvls off at half the price, and if you wait to use its full power and knock of 8 days you pay 2x more DE. So i think hero books are good to use even during hammer jam.

I just think potions are more effective for your money / gems/ et cetera than books or hammers. Like every potion take you away 5 days (Almost 6 days with 7 builders), what is little bit less or same than book or hammer. I am th14 at moment and i can get 4x potions with same cost than hammer. And most of buildin are at momen 3d or less. Do i save 20d or 3d worth of time. I cant see reason to use books or hammers.

The only downside to using the existing ones is if the time for the things I used them on goes down significantly after the update to the point where you wouldn't have used them.

What do you mean have all builders available? You’re advising viewers to not utilize the last moments of the hammerjam cost and time discount. The benefits of this hammerjam has never happened before! I can see the angle on this though. If a viewer is maxed then all builders should be available unless they’re making capital gold. It’s believable to want them available once hammerjam ends and town hall 17 releases to send them out and build important army structures. HOWEVER - the vast majority of people are not maxed. It would be wiser to advise viewers to have most of their builders start a long upgrade right before hammerjam ends to make the most use of the time/cost reductions. It would also be wise to convey that players at th16 looking to go to th17 may want to have one or however many builds available they want to again - start on important structures right when th17 releases. Just like all previous town hall upgrades take time to complete, this one I expect will be no different. So, it makes sense to have other upgrades going as a th16 goes to th17. I’m sure it’s been made abundantly clear from the references to the shop, a creator code, and magic items, but if a player is willing to instantly complete the th16 to th17 upgrade then the advise purported in this video seems more influential. Also, it’s likely the eagle artillery may need to be maxed. I haven’t watch the video fully yet, but from logical suspicion it would make sense to see a possible requirement of the eagle needing to be maxed as it will merge with the town hall.
