Brought down by people who never watched the show, never cared about the topic and whose own show were lucky to last a season started dictating what and who should be on the show. One of the reasons for the change was it was considered demeaning to women and sexist. Even though women made up more than 50% of the viewers

Comedy Gold on Thursday nights when you could watch both the NRL and AFL Footy shows back to back. But they left out the golden line from Mario Fenech when he was chatting to Sammy Newman from the AFL Footy Show and said: "So Sam I heard that you have been in Hospital recently, hanging out at the Maternity Ward, waiting for your new girlfriend to be born" It was the one time Mario actually threw a pearla line at Newman that shut him up!
