It made sense to me. In yoga we practice Pratyahara which is detachment from the senses. In other words being only loosley aware of the things and actions of others around us but with the greater focus of mind on our true self and intention of our life experience. Positive focus, the emotion of joy and true self awareness are precursors to this practice in which one comes to 'know thyself' Namaste

You must first accept we are all one, in our past present future, and all at once but we are also energy, and every action causes a reaction, somewhat of a butterfly effect... But it is our ego we must learn to let go off, as when you become awaken your possibilities are endless and beautiful... I'm currently on my own path and experimenting with lucid dreaming but so far I wake as soon as I realise I'm dreaming or exploring another deminsion but I cannot expect to transcend instantly as I may have done in previous lives, as the soul is eternal.. My consciousness awoke by the help of dimitri, so I Was somewhat helped.. Now i look forward but I dont expect, regret, or to be shown the limitless possibilities that the universe has to offer, as it's in us all but how we choose to find it in this short existence is already deep rooted in the universal tree of collective consciousness... May all who read this, i hope your journey and paths, be beautiful as mine, as you are already with me and just don't realise it yet
