The M79 Sawed-Off is a grenade launcher (pistol) that can be acquired from a quest which requires you to collect Erusian Drone Parts. It can also be used on Old Man

@@TheForeverScav But you're using a full grenade launcher with 6 rounds magazine. And on extraction report show you as a Maskman...
