A short portrait documentary film about Brian Griffin, a traditional Welsh farrier. The first film made while a student at Newport Film School in the winter of 2013.
Shot entirely with a Canon 600d and 50mm f1.8 lens.

Lovely documentary. I worked for Brian as a teenager, clearing manure from the barn behind the forge. Always a pleasure to see him work. A fond memory is the 5 foot by 15 foot (ish) "wall of horseshoes" that was present outside the forge in the late 90s. I've got some of Brian's metalwork in the attic that he did for my Dad.
