The video is dedicated to the mechanism of formation of dispersed cosmic ether in the process of ionization of helium and hydrogen atoms, at high temperatures, emanating from the surface of the Sun. In the process of heating, dispersed sputtering, crushing, dissociation of helium and hydrogen atoms, occurring under the influence of ionizing radiation, ultraviolet radiation, X-rays and cosmic rays, it breaks intramolecular bonds and forms electrically charged dipoles. Electric dipoles consist of two equal in size opposite electric charges, which are located at a certain distance from each other, having positive and negative charges, having the energy potential of having their own mass, density, forces of gravitational attraction, interaction and reaction are in the zone of formation of the cosmic ether. The cosmic ether zone is not stable and extends over a large distance from the surface of our star. Next, the hot micro particles of the dipoles begin to cool and move in outer space from the surface of our star, forming the substance of outer space, which has its own composition, density and energy, forming material bodies that subsequently settle in the form of cosmic dust on the surface of the planets of the Solar system. Moreover, the cosmic ether has a higher density than the substance of outer space, which decreases depending on the distance from the surface of the Sun.
