Separating content from spam requires markers of value, or relevance, that can be attached to a piece of content. What is the best representaton of value we have? Bitcoin. So use the tipping feature to separate content from spam, and use deposits so self-tipping is limited to self-advertising. Spam bots do not have an advertising budget.

the zap feature had to be removed from Damus because the AppStore guidelines didn’t allow it, how come Primal is allowed to have “zap posts” feature but not Damus?

Primal is available on both a web app and on Android and Google play store dorsnt ban it whereas Apple store did. Damus isnt on Android or web.
