Is he say that the interest on borrowing will be at 14% to 20% on a loan on the most pristine liquid asset? These rates will have to come way down before this being adopted. Maybe this needs another 4 to 8 years to come to fruition. I can see that borrowers will be scouring the world for the lowest cost provider rather than making do with their domestic market providers.
