Felicia is an amazing soul. She understands that food is medicine and that what you put into it energetically matters. She also promoted women to wear skirts in kitchens! As a past chef that is a powerful statement that allows the feminine to come back into commercial kitchens! She has had my heart for a long time! Her book is amazing and her heart is real!!
