Thanks man, I appreciate that! They are just the stock Carver setup except for the wheels which we put on to add some durability because the stock wheels deteriorate rather fast.

Ben Tal No, They are Orangatang wheels, i would tell you the diameter and the a rating but the graphics that tell that rubbed off the wheels...We both ride the Orangatang wheels though, they are great!

Ben Tal And as far as bearings, we just use the standard Redz. Won't break the bank and they are definitely faster!

Thanks bro! When we first get the boards, we use the stock wheel until we destroy those (which doesn't take long). But when we upgrade we always go to the Orangatang wheels, I use a durometer of 80a. I find that it's a good balance between gripping the pavement well while still being able to slide out without too much effort.

Thank you for saying that, it means a lot to us! Surfing and skating are our passions and to have someone be inspired by us is a great feeling. And thank you for watching our video! If you don't have a Carver board already, go check out their website and get yourself one! Best boards on the market right now for sure! www.carverskateboards.com/

I just started out skating a carver (about 2 weeks ago) as a down day option for surfing and its an awesome backup sport. I have to say though I could do with some advice, Check out my vid and let me know what you think: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oKbYnnZqm7qoa5o

(Sorry for the late reply)I think what is cool about the carver boards is that they are very style oriented, just like surfing. Everyone does it a little differently, once you get the basics you can toss in your own little flares. But as far as your video, you have a sick place to dial that board, that park looks fun. It is super important to keep those knees nice and flexible. Since those trucks are so lose and flowy, your knees need to do the same. Try to avoid being stiff. I think it is easier to learn to ride these from watching surfing. Go watch some videos of some pros ride(just their basic functions like pumping down the face or a big cutback) and look at how they surf because carver boards have almost an identical feel to surfing, so the things that make surfing look real clean and flowy work just as well on carvers.
