Definitely not original. Look up Smokes Poutinerie, there are 100s of restaurants in Canada selling everything you can imagine on fries. They have a 'carnival' themed one which is a poutine with a pogo stuck and cotton candy, caramel corn, they have perogies fries, so much more. Yeah, tons of places do 'protien on fries'. Oh we also have TONS of shawarma places that do chicken or beef on fries with tons of sauces.

If I knew nothing else about him, the fact he still visits and talks glowingly about the mother of his first child tells me he's a great man. 14 years is a long time, many people forget and move on from their beginnings. While I was visiting LA, I had to check this place out since they kept advertising it to me in Baltimore. I walked in with my digital camera and the owner in the video was awesome! He actually let me into the kitchen to take photos of him and the food. Fries were amazing too!
