How long are those pheasant tail fibers?

Maybe 1-2”. All depends on the feather quality/type. The center tail feathers are usually the best.

@@aidenb5623 I have the same hook and bead from the kit. I ended up using UV glue to hold the bead in place. Kit still gets a 10 out 10 from me. Having too much fun learning how to tie.
