I put together a compilation of one of my favorite Fresh Prince of Belair Episodes. Carlton Banks gets the " Wink and the Gun" from a potential employer. Watch Carlton Banks go off at his sister Ashleys' Career Day presentation. He is told to "Buck Up Pal". It's hilarious, so enjoy ! It's funny because this actually can happen in real life. Same here. I feel Carlton’s frustration. Getting a well-paying job is not easy at all. All the requirements needed for my career _(Health Information Technologist)_ is not easy at all. Life is hard and can be very disappointing. Hopefully you’ve gotten yours already.

It's just something they keep repeating. He's constantly told to "buck up" by multiple sources. It's late enough in the series where you understand how neurotic he is, and the whole "wink and gun" ordeal is one of my favorite Fresh Prince episodes ever. "And they let you be a judge..." - Love it as well. It was George Carlin's advice on how to get out of jury duty as well. "Just tell 'em you can spot a guilty person just by looking at 'em."
