they did this with jim bogart too in brothers cant be friends. "i would sleep better on your floor than i would ever in my bed and if your carpet makes my face itch, it'd still be heaven in my head." was originally in "somebody else" which was made a year after in "my grandma vs pneumonia". i guess they moved it when they did the re-record in 2014 and 2018. ive never heard the original jim bogart though ill edit this when i do edit: the lyric is in both songs, i guess they were recording it bc the video i saw of somebody else was recorded in 2016 so they were seeing which song the lyric fit better in in the re record, that or they want the repeating lyric thing like the whole "i see the future in mysterious ways"

As much as BOT was overproduced this version is literally the same song with JUST guitar, vocals, and random noise. And I get it "raw TFB sound" but there needs to be more here, drums, bass, things ALL tfb songs have had. this is a demo for a reason. Now the other demos should DEFINITELY have become full songs and been produced in a more classic way and BOT was definitely too produced at times (though on it's own I do really enjoy the album for different reasons that the reasons I love earlier TFB) but this version of historic cemetery isn't more like classic TFB it's just very unfinished, if that makes any sense
