Well guess what. Like a lot in this home. Absolutely hate that big gauky kitchen sink. This is going to be someone’s dream home. Todd I really do appreciate your showing these homes. 😊

I like this home, but for that money the vents need to be in ceiling and more tile on backslash areas. I love the porch and that fireplace. I thought for one of your tips videos you could maybe talk about the cost of getting the home bricked underneath. You also just need to sell land for all of us needing it😁

I think I've talked about the brick skirting and cost, but I can do one on the different type of skirtings. I can't sell any of my land, I might run off my wild life LOL.

The laundry door is good, but a pantry would make much better use of that space.

I guess you could just add shelves in it for one. Just use the floor for the laundry. Just a thought.

Would like to see shower in guest bath, agree no tub in MB and once again I wish manufacturer would pay more attention to utility room , instead of pass thru would like to see a utility sink.
