I loved the wedding and wedding ring tip. When my husband and I were planning our wedding (not the first for either of us), we fell in love with matching wedding bands. They are unique from a local jeweler. I found an engagement ring that matched perfectly at a pawn shop for under $200.00 and paid cash for it.. He did pay me back...LOL.. Seventeen years later, we still cherish all three of our rings and how they came to be ours. It's a part of our story and we love us!

My Dad loved Buffet for his frugality. Growing up during the depression he learned the value of all things money. I now realize even more why he wore the same clothes so long! Why he used McDonalds coupons, why he waited for sales and only purchased what he needed. I thoroughly enjoyed this video.

Hi Jennifer, a small tip for your viewers that I find useful. When I am thinking of making a purchase I decide if its what I really need/want. When buying clothes I only buy what I need or have a gap in my wardrobe and the new item will allow me to use clothes that I haven't worn because of having nothing to match. If I go out for a meal or coffee I usually choose the lowest price thing that I like ie filter coffee instead of a cappuccino or pasta instead of steak, then when I get home I make a note of the saving I have made its a great encouragement to make the right choices.

I agree on the wedding spending tip. My wedding was under $12k & my wedding dress was an ivory evening gown that I bought on sale for under $150 then I got it hemmed. I learned that from my aunt, who bought a white prom dress for her wedding dress. Nobody could tell it wasn’t a wedding dress.

Last weekend was tax free weekend in Tennessee. Our microwave bit the dust on Thursday, and not wanting to be without a handy dandy microwave, we purchased one at Home Depot. Afterwards we realized if we had only waited one more day until Friday, it would have been tax free! Even ordering online, there was no sales tax as long as the order had a Tennessee address. So I placed an online order for American Eagle - - also on Thursday. Where was my brain !?? Love the video!

I almost sent you this article! I live about a mile from him and yes, it is the same house he bought with his late wife. He is the coolest billionaire! And you will not be seeing him on a trip to space anytime soon. Oh, and checkout the hometown jewelry store he shops at/owns......it is quite impressive! They have items that cost more than some people's homes!

Expensive weddings are ridiculous! To each his own, but I think they are a total waste of money. I got married at the court house and it was just fine.

I live in the Omaha area and have friends who’ve run into Warren Buffet at local Dairy Queen’s or McDonalds. It’s pretty fun. They have selfies with him, lol!

Eating out prices are over the top. 150.00 for a family outing is outrageous. I'm not faulting the restaurants they are doing their best considering all the individual do's and don'ts people want or need to eat out. Special diets are expensive.

If l had money like that, I would be using the money to end homelessness..He could be building affordable housing everywhere and making sure anyone who wanted to, had somewhere safe to live!

@@nancycerreta5629 He probably does but for tax purposes...not to actually help people. I would like to think that he does more than hoard money and use coupons to keep more money in his pocket...I just wish more billionaires would get together and help solve this homeless problem. I feel it’s unacceptable that being homeless is being normalized when those with money could help solve that problem!

Eating MacDonald doesn't hurt you? Okay. I admire people who show restraint with their finances BUT there is a balance. What does he plan on doing with his Billions? Play Monopoly with it when he is in heaven? Sounds like money is a game to him. I can imagine Buffet on his death bed giving his last breath thinking: " I had more money than any one in this world. I win." Money has no worth if you don't use it. You are poor or a thrifty Billionaire they are both sides of the same coin.
