Polish comes first to remove the scratches from the band and remove any discoloration.

How do you clean/polish the inside of the band? Some people use a Dremel w/polishing wheel attachment to clean up any dirt/scratches.

I feel the ring should be cleaned of any impurities with water at least before polishing... I get it tho.... You want that effect for "forbidden gatoraid" this is why you do 3 steps of polish first. Caked on then drop in gatoraid and it's clean.... Perfect for selling on tik tok

You absolutely correct it is indeed dangerous. However, I have done this for over 7 years and I took a lot of work before I can use the gloves. I was thinking about mentioning this in the video but i realized i did not, so thank you for noticing :)

We use a wheel like this in the dental office for polishing gold crowns. We always wear gloves or our figures would be nasty. Just take your time and you won’t catch your gloves. I’ve done it a million times without catching my gloves.

It's called jewelers rouge. Go to a jewelers supply site to buy it as well as the proper wheels for the machine. Different wheels for different purposes. Different rouge's for different metals and stones.
