This makes it all so clear to understand now. I've had questions about this scripture for many years, my former pastors never answered them to any satisfaction. I praise Yahweh for teachers who really dig and have resources at the ready to go deeply into the study to get good answers. I can do a small amount of study myself but my vision is failing and my funds are not sufficient to purchase many books. I did manage to get the IVP but the print is so small that I cannot read it without holding a powerful magnifier to it. So I need good faithful teachers. I believe that Yah placed you in my life for this purpose.

Brother Matthew, thank you so much for your fabulous teachings. Our Remnant is so very small, isn’t it. So sad that we have no way of knowing others of our kindred in our individual states who know, believe and practice with great effort. So many of us are alone and wish we could fellowship with others that know, believe and practice.

Way before I came to Truth and the Torah, and when I was still in the Army, whenever it was a full moon night (while I was deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan), I would say to myself, "That's a mid-month moon up there" not even knowing what I was saying. In all actuality, it was not even "mid-month" on the Gregorian calendar. I'm wondering if Abba was preparing me THEN for the TRUTH about His TRUE Calendar that I've come to know about 4-1/2 years ago?

Hi The HEBREW , doesn’t say ROSH CHODESH IN Psalm 81! ( Which would have been New Moon!) So you are absolutely right! It ONLY says CHODESH= MONTH! ALWAYS GO TO THE HEBREW ORIGINAL! In Bible Hub THIS IS MISTRANSLATED AS NEW MOON, ALTHOUGH THERE IS NO ROSH PRECEDING CHODESH! UNBELIEVABLE!

Rosh Chodesh means “head of the month”, not the new moon. That was added to the definition later. The ababylonains and pagans sighted the new moon. Israel proabably began doing it after they were exiled to Babylon. You’re right. It doesn’t say Rosh Chodesh.

Keseh also means covered and hid meaning a black moon. It doesn't mean full in that verse. That's from another angle. Just because something is defined as so doesn't mean it always is true. Historians are usually not 100 percent correct. The father created two great lights. That rule throughout the night.....i.e. the moon at its fullest and it rises in the east.

I would like to share this translation of Psalms 81:3 "Blow the trumpet on the New Moon, on the Covering (or Atonement - Kaphar is synonymous to Keseh which means to cover), unto our Feast Day (the Feast of Tabernacles)." This verse is infering to the seventh month appointed times or mo'ediym that will be a statute to the people of Yisra'el, the appointed times that have not yet been fulfilled or the ones that still have a future fulfillment. The translation with the full moon will be used to twist that the New Moon is the Full Moon so to transgress from the precise observance of the appointed times including the true Shabbath of scriptures which is already taught on some assemblies. Only the first day of Unleavened Bread (15th day of the first month) & the first day of Feast of Tabernacles (15th day of the seventh month) fall on a full moon & both are Shabbath days. Shalowm.

Then you're starting the dark Moon on the beginning of the month which is incorrect too. This is Edom Jewish which the Hebrew people are black. In Hebrew the full moon is the beginning of the month the 15th day would be dark moon. You've got to understand that your scriptures have been twisted by the Gentiles.

Enoch 78:6 explains how the appointed times such as passover and tabernacles, during the 15th day of both months, are coinciding "appointed times/moed" and THAT would coincide with full moon, not new moon.
@bmoss96043 жыл бұрын
When studying these scriptures you can see that the words translated consistently as "new moon" is wrong. In the Hebrew, it is chodesh (H2320) from the root chadash (H2318). This simply means renewal; no mention of yareach (H3394) which is the word for moon. In the Greek, the word is noumenia (G3561) which is a contraction of neo (G3501 - new) and men (G3376 - month). This mean new month; no mention of selene (G4582) which is the Greek word for moon. Even the Latin Vulgate has the word as mens (month), not lunam (moon). Bottom line: Neither in the Hebrew, Greek, or Latin does this say "new moon", but means "new month". It wasn't until Israel returned from captivity did they observe the moon. In Exodus 12:2, Yehowah had to tell them to get back on the right calendar. It is no different when they came out of from Babylon. We can see today that those living in modern-day Egypt and Babylon still follow a lunar calendar. The rabbis just add a leap month every three years to not let the calendar slip too far. Agree to disagree. Enjoy your studies, brother.

You are correct. The word Chodesh means new or renew like where Samson was tied with new(Chodesh) ropes. The moon Yarach is not connected to the 12 renewing cycles in the year. Good info.
@cherylburnett20145 ай бұрын
Amen. I agree. Rosh means head. Chodesh means month. I went through a lot of scriptures and I didn’t find one time that it meant new moon. That meaning was added later. The Babylonians and pagans sighted the new moon and Israel probably started in while they were in Babylonian exile. The lunar year doesn’t match the solar year. The sun (sun of righteousness) rules the day and the moon rules the night. The moon represents the bride, but the moon is always behind the sun. I believe God is teaching us to follow Yeshua, not man.

@@emjmnc Psalm 81 doesn't say anything about the 15th day. In The book of Enoch 76: 8 clearly states that there are many parts to the moon and all her remaining light disappears on the 15th day. That would make the beginning of every month the full moon not no moon which has been a lie from many pagan cultures. Also you need to use the Stars to be sure of what month we are in the star of Abib/The Branch/Themach either lags the moon or leads the Moon. Only a full moon can lead the Stars throughout the night.

The Sadducee Temple priests officiated the weekly Sabbaths and High Days at the time of Christ, who never contested their solar calendar. In 66AD the Pharisee Anti-Roman (Anti-Fasse/ANTIFA) Zealot rebels, seized control of the Temple. When contested for control, 20000 Judean 'Jewish' Edomites assisted the Zealots and murdered most of the Sadducee aristocracy, priests and hundreds of the Jerusalem populace. The ANTIFA Zealot rebels then appointed their own accursed lunar calendar high priest, who was the last to be seen standing in the Holy Place when THREE AND A HALF YEARS later, the prince of the Roman Empire arrived and desolated Jerusalem, Judea and the Jews in 70 AD - culminating in the taking of Masada another THREE AND A HALF YEARS AFTERWARDS. Most of the Christians, remembering Christ's words, escaped to Jordan between the two sieges of Jerusalem - the first siege by General Gallus who then strangely withdrew from Judea, and the second by "prince" Titus son of the new Emperor. These SEVEN YEARS are the fulfillment of Daniels prophesy. Surviving Pharisees continued to enforce their lunar calendar 'sabbaths and high days' in the Synagogues, which they controlled - hiding the Sadducee Temple calendar from the people. Constantine managed to establish the Resurrection day as Sunday in 30 AD on their Julian calendar, which actually overlapped the Biblical weekly Sabbath THAT year. Unable to establish the Biblical calendar, Constantine changed Sunday to the first day of his new Roman week, in honour of the Resurrection. Later Constantine's son Constantius ll, knowing the Pharisee's lunar interpretation of the Biblical calendar to be Babylonian and Canaanite, forbade them from signaling the start of their lunar months across the Empire from Jerusalem. As a concequence, Hillel ll was forced to choose a Roman day for their weekly 'sabbath', and he chose Saturday - the seventh day of Constantine's NEW Roman week. The rest of their lunar calendar they kept by Rabbinical calculation. Thus the true Biblical Temple calendar was lost until the discovery of the Dead Sea Scroll's. The Dead Sea Scroll's solar calendar, corrected to the Sadducee 19th Abib Omer Wave Sheaf, is the correct Biblical calendar, revealing the weekly Sabbaths and High Days - which is why the Zionist State of Israel suppressed them for 40 years before they were leaked out on micro fish copies. Saturday was only chosen as the Jewish 'sabbath' by Heliel II about 300 years after Christ. He standadised the Jewish calendar. Even before that, the weekly 'sabbath' they kept was the Babylonian lunar 'sabbath' that the Pharisees introduced and enforced in the Synagogues, after the Temple was destroyed in 70AD. The true weekly Sabbath was already hidden by the Pharisees in favour of the Babylonian lunar interpretation of the Biblical calendar. Knowing this, Constantine's son forbade them from signaling their pagan lunar calendar observations across the Roman Empire. However Constantine himself was unable to determine the true Biblical weekly Sabbath, but he was able to determine that Christ was resurrected in that year on the Roman solar calendars "Sunday". Therefore, in honour of the resurrection he changed Sunday to the first day of his NEW Roman week, and also made Sunday the day of rest. Without Roman authority to signal their Babylonian lunar 'sabbath' across the empire, Hillel II and other anti-Christ Jews were forced to choose a Roman weekday as their "new sabbath" and he chose the seventh day of Constantine's new Roman week - i.e. "Saturday" ! Rabbi 'Sages' don't tell you all this and most Rabbis don't even know this themselves ! Karaite Jews today still keep the Babylonial lunar calendar and many Christians have been seduced into doing the same. Jericho was an ancient lunar calendar observation city dedicated to and named after their moon god. The Bible called Jericho the "accursed city" and Joshua was commanded to totally destroy it and its inhabitants after marching around it once for six consecutive days, and seven times on the seventh day - i.e. 13 times in total ! I think that, as opposed to the Second Advent and the "Marriage of the Lamb" that nobody knows when, the preceding "great and dreadful day of the Lord" can actually be established as the 20th March 2031. The world will feel that ominous consuming fire approaching and will run around trying to hide, while Christians enter into their inner prayer "chambers". When the Christians come out, there will be no OTHER flesh and blood survivers - who will be burnt up and trodden "as ash under their feet." They will mourn for their friends and relatives who weren't "saved", but SOMETIME afterwards will witness the return of Christ coming from east to west. Raising their eyes they will be transformed in an instant, allowing them to rise up and meet His RETURN. Thereafter, they will be consoled when He "wipes the tears" from their eyes and takes care of them like as "calves of the stall". That's how I perceive these future Biblical events. Don't the dead in Christ rise "first" - a great multitude ? Then those living Christians that are "left" come safely out of their prayer chambers - AFTER the "wrath", to "tread upon the ashes of the wicked who have been removed from the earth" - "The righteous shall NEVER be removed but the wicked shall be cut off". These "saved" righteous remnant "lift up their eyes", and are then "changed in the twinkling of an eye", and able to rise up and meet Christ returning with this great host..... The chronology in the Septuagint is a few hundred years longer than in the Masoretic Text. Both are flawed: The imminent millennial reign of Christ on earth coincides with Yahweh's 2nd 'day' of rest - "and His rest shall be glorious" because His Son is ruling on earth for that 1000-year-day. So if Yahweh's first "day" of rest was ALSO a thousand-year-day, in which Adam died at 930 years old "in the same day" he sinned, and Adam was also made near the end of the previous 6th 'day', then we are currently near the end of the 13th thousand-year-day which actually ends on the "great and dreadful day of the Lord" on the 20th March 2031.

So can You explaine which calendar is correct in you opinion and why?
@Michael-pn5lp2 ай бұрын
@@SzymonBogunia-IZRAELITA-5789 The Dead Sea Scroll's solar calendar weekly Sabbath's are correct. The last day of the year is the Vernal Equinox and the next first day of the year is always the 4th day of the week - because the sun and stars were only created on the fourth day of Genesis. Therefore, if the first day of every year is the fourth day of the Biblical week, then the fourth day of the year is always the weekly Sabbath. Work it out on your fingers. Once you get that in your head it's easy. The weekly Sabbaths follow on like that until the next last day Vernal Equinox of the year. It's actually a 364 day "Heavenly Temple Calendar" divisable by 7. On our earthly calendar, after "Joshua's long day" and Hezekiah's sundial going backwards, Earth's circular orbit stretched into an elliptical orbit of a 365 and a quarter day year. As in the 30AD crucifixion year, for most of 2024 the Biblical weekly Sabbath overlaps again with the Gregorian Sunday. Last year, a leap year, it was mostly Friday. Next year, after the Vernal Equinox, it will be Monday. Every year the weekly Sabbath will fall on a different day of the Roman calendar week, but remain fixed to the same annual calendar days of the solar year every year. The Vernal Equinox is the last "Tekufah/turning day of the year" - the next day is the first day of the Biblical year, but the fourth day of the Biblical week because the calendar light of the sun was only created on the fourth day of creation. Therefore if the first day of the year is the fourth day of week, the forth day of the year will be the weekly Sabbath ! On the 364 day Heavenly Temple Calendar, the weekly Sabbath will follow on undisturbed from year to year - that's how it is in His Temple, but we have Joshua's extra "long day" and Hezekiah's sundial going backwards, giving us the extra day and a quarter in our annual calendar. The Biblical "24 hour day" is actually divided up into the 12 hour daylight hours and the 4 x 3 hour night "watches". It is also divided in half in the opposite way of "morning" and "afternoon/evening", where morning is from mid-night to mid-day, and evening/afternoon is from mid-day to mid-night. The 24 hour solar day bisected both ways like that, forms a cross - like in the solar symbol of the cross in a circle, and also the Celtic Cross ! The Exodus Passover event proves that the morning actually starts at midnight because they were not permitted out of the doors of their homes "until the morning", and Moses left the doors of his home immediately after midnight when Pharaoh summoned him, and they all started leaving Egypt long before sunrise. So Moses left the doors of his home after morning started at midnight: "And he called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said, Rise up, and get you forth from among my people, both ye and the children of Israel; and go, serve the LORD, AS YE HAVE SAID. Also take your flocks and your herds, AS YE HAVE SAID, and be gone; and bless me also." (Exodus 12:31-32) The Afternoon/Evening is from mid-day to mid-night, and the Morning is from mid-night to mid-day. Every day has a sunset start, a morning starting at midnight, a dawn starting at sunrise and finally an afternoon ending at sunset. **The Temple Feast of Weeks count to Pentacost started one week earlier than the DSS's Qumran communitie's Feast of Weeks. The Temple Day of Pentecost was therefore one week earlier. How do we know which one of FOUR different Feast of Weeks starting dates is correct for the Day of Pentecost ? The solution is in the SUM of the numerals in the eight Sabbath Day DATES of the count - starting the tally from Sabbath Day ZERO. The sum of the numerals in the CORRECT eight Sabbath Day DATES will add up to 49, thus confirming the Sadducees "Aristocratic method" of starting the count - from the weekly Sabbath Day ZERO in the Feast of Unleavened Bread. No other method gives this 49 day tally to the 50th Day of Pentecost ! ! ! This affirms the 18th Abib resurrection Sabbath and the 19th Abib start of the Exodus 40 years into the wilderness - after being taken out of the Egyptian pit through the Red Sea on the weekly Sabbath day ! The resurrection was on Sabbath day ZERO - the 18th Abib ! The 1st Sabbath after - the 25th Abib. The 2nd Sabbath after - the 2nd of month two. The 3rd Sabbath after - the 9th of month two. The 4th Sabbath after - the 16th of month two. The 5th Sabbath after - the 23rd of month two. The 6th Sabbath after - the 30th of month two. The 7th Sabbath after - the 7th of month three. 18+25+2+9+16+23+30+7= 130 1+3+0= 4 These 13 digits making up the Sabbath day dates, also add up to the 49 day tally to Pentecost on the 50th Day - the 8th of the third Biblical month on our 27th of May: 1+8+2+5+2+9+1+6+2+3+3+0+7= 49 ! 4+9=13 ! 12 disciples and Christ the 13th. This confirms the DSS's solar calendar as the correct Biblical calendar, but with THIS Feast of Weeks tally, NOT the one starting a week later that the Qumran community endorsed.
