I believe PAC's time isn't up yet. Just like Mosley, Margarito, Rios, and many others who before the fight with PAC, wholeheartedly believed and swore they will get PAC's throat - would find the opposite and then probably get disappointed with a loss. Just as PAC was the underdog many many time, more times Jessie may have have - this fight is not about an upset because PAC is PAC and different from Vargas.
