Hey how's it going! Today I am in Edinburgh, Scotland, for the first time ever! This eagerly awaited trip is finally here, a 6 episode series starts off with sampling The Edinburgh Larder's famous Scottish breakfast, battered Mars Bar at Castle Rock Fish & Chips, a walk around the Royal Mile in the city centre, a mini hike at Arthur's Seat & to finish off a Scottish whiskey & a pint of Tennant's at the Oldest Pub in Scotland; The Sheep Heid Inn!
I am absolutely loving my trip here to this beautiful city, even though it's rainy & a little cold; the food & whiskey no doubt helps though...

Dude, glad to see you back, as someone from Scotland i have to say, £17.50 for breakfast, even in Edinburgh is absolutely ridiculous! Far better places, much cheaper than that!! XD

Thanks Smarf182. I guess the price is pretty steep, Edinburgh is far from cheap. It was very delicious though. A very one off breakfast treat, not a common occurrence 😉

Hi Dan, the Scots do make a belting breakfast. One more thing to try would have to be a square sausage sandwich with ketchup. Seriously yummy. We've just got back from a week in Scotland and I had a square sausage sandwich for brekkie about 5 times. Just too good. Hope you have a good time up there and that the weather stays good. Makes such a difference there. Keep up the great work mate, cheers Mark and Jane 😊

You can also generally take any chocky bar into a chippy and they will deep fry it for you. If you get a chance try a creme egg. Really bad for you but omg.😂

Scotland is definitely on my list of countries to visit Dan, thanks for showcasing some things to do 🚶 , see 👀😋 and eat 👍. I don't think mars bar , fried was invented in Scotland
